I really can't say enough about the work that Cliff and Luis did. They far surpassed my expectations, and my expectations were pretty high based on the reviews I had read. These guys are serious about what they do and very detail oriented and they do not cut corners. The work they did was actually perfect and I don't use that word lightly. Our walls are beautiful! Cliff and Luis were also very flexible and easy to work with. We had other contractors in and out doing various things and we had no problems. The bottom line is they do superior work and I would be happy to recommend them to my friends. We plan on having them back to do some more work for us in the future.

We found Cliff and Luis on Angie's List and hired them to paint the entire interior of our home. Not only was the price very reasonable but their work was perfection. The professionalism was outstanding and we have already hired them for another project.

Cliff and Luis are true professionals. Their job is truelly impeccable. They were extremely accommodating in order not inconvenience us living in the house. They did the second floor bedrooms first without really disrupting our sleeping arrangements. We had one bedroom free, so none of us had to sleep on the floor. In addition, there were some cracks in our ceiling and other dry wall work to be done, and Cliff brought in professionals to fix them and the textured walls matched exactly. The previous owner of our house was a heavy smoker. As a result the walls and fixtures were all coated with the unbearable smell of smoke to the point of making the room not usable. Cliff did two prime coats of Kilz and cleaned out the doors and then painted over. The smell is completely gone, and the bathroom is like new. I had a contractor remove and install new tile and vanity and Cliff was great in coordinating and accommodating. Cliff Stuart Painting Company was the best investment we have ever made through Angie's List. Luis and Cliff painted our entire interior home approximately 2300 sq. feet including ceilings primed all surfaces and did two coats on walls ceiling as they really needed it.They did everything they said and more. They left nothing undone completed everything first rate the first time. We were so pleased that these men did their jobs like true craft men. They not only did what was promised but, made suggestions regarding the painting process like color schemes, detail items and mostly their willingness to answer questions make changes sometimes on the fly with no hesitation and always a GREAT ATTITUDE. The professionalism and courtesy they provided was outstanding. In today’s environment regarding getting what you pay for Luis and Cliff did that and it was refreshing. We would hire them again with no question.

We selected Cliff Stuart Interior Painting based on reviews on Angie's List. Cliff Stuart's workmanship and quality is high and we are very satisfied with the outcome. We had Cliff and Luis paint the entire interior of our house minus kids' bedrooms and basement (about 5000 sf). This included ceilings, walls, closets, baseboard trim, and some window trim in a room addition. We are extremely satisfied with their quality work and attention to detail. His pricing was fair and competitive as well. You can tell they take pride in the work they do. They take the time to protect furniture, floors, etc so no paint gets on them. They work incredibly fast and efficiently too which is a bonus! Cliff was easy to work with and get a hold of as well. We know we were not the easiest of clients to deal with since we had multiple renovation jobs scheduled within a small window. Cliff was patient with us and changed his schedule to accommodate our renovation schedule which you know is so hard to nail down. I'm sure he and Luis worked overtime and on Saturdays to complete the work so our renovation schedule stayed on track and we could move into our house. Only recommendation is to make sure there is a clear understanding and alignment regarding scope of work and have this written down on the estimate/contract. Cliff was able to do this for us. We will definitely use them again for interior painting. In fact, I will be contacting him soon to get an estimate for our basement to be painted.

Cliff and Luis did a great professional job, on time and as quoted. I would definately recommend this painting company. Needed some drywall repair done, Cliff took care of scheduling his repair person to complete the work and then they started painting and completed in 2-1/2 days. All went smoothly and looks fresh and clean.

Cliff and Luis were GREAT/work was OUTSTANDING. From the initial contact to have them come out for estimate, to the first day of work, to the final reveal once done, they were FANTASTIC. It truly felt more like a set of family members had come to town to help with a house project. The work took less time than originally believed. And get this, Cliff even adjusted the original bid down due to it not taking him as long as originally planned. Nothing speaks integrity and honesty like that. I was already extremely pleased with the caliber of people they were and their great work, but was floored when they followed it up like that at the end. Our home is now bright and refreshed. The quality of work is beyond what I've seen in other locations. It looks like they painted their lines with a laser beam. Cliff and Luis are extremely punctual, super hard working, quality-minded and very personable. They are very careful in their work and care for your home as if it was their own. It was enjoyable to have them in our home. We'd certainly hire them again and will recommend them to anyone we find needing interior paint work done. Cliff & Luis ROCK! We can't thank them enough - love the updated living space.

Cliff and Luis did a wonderful job and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They removed wallpaper from several areas, primed and applied 2 coats of paint to my dining/living room area, entry, stairways and hallway (including vaulted ceilings.) The wallpaper removal didn’t quite go as expected because the largest wall had been papered over some horrendous 1970s wallpaper that was near impossible to get off…but they labored through and the result is perfect. Cliff’s associate Todd re-textured the same areas, doing a great job matching the existing texture of the other walls. They all were very careful protecting the surrounding areas and cleaned up the work areas each day. I really appreciated Cliff’s responsiveness…from my first call requesting an estimate, to communication throughout the job. I would definitely recommend Cliff and Luis, and expect to have them back for more work soon.

Cliff did a phenomenal job for my husband and me. He removed wallpaper from a downstairs bathroom and then painted. It was really a labor intensive job since it took a lot of prep work before painting. He had to make many trips, was always punctual, and came back on a Sunday just to put everything back after everything it dried. We had work like this done many times before but Cliff was by far the best professional we have worked with. We plan to sell our house soon and he took the time to give us some tips on color and quicker sale tips. He left the room cleaner than it was when he came and he was truly a perfectionist in all aspects of the job. He’s a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend him.

Cliff & Luis did a fabulous job! This was a huge project on an old home with all the "old home" issues you could only imagine. The work was impeccable! Cliff also found a man to install tiles in my bathroom & helped install cabinets & toilet. There were many issues with the walls & ceilings which required texturing & extra priming. They also installed & painted all new doors & replaced all new hardware. I'm very pleased with all the work that was done & my home now looks beautiful! The best $18,200.00 I ever spent! Cliff and his partner did an amazing job. Two coats of paint on everything, taking the time to tape, caulk, cover fixtures, etc to make sure that the job was done very, very well. The job was done so well - that to be completely honest - after we had sold our house and moved to the east coast, I called Cliff to find out how to locate a painter like him - and he gave me some great pointers on that as well! Not many folks make an impression like that on me. If you are going to paint your home - then give him a call. You won't regret it.

This is the second time Cliff and Luis have come to our house to work for us. The first time they pulled the popcorn off our ceiling, re taped the ceiling and painted it, then painted the entire inside of our house. We were very pleased not only with there professionalism, but also with the quality of work that they did. This of course was the reason we called them back to paint our bedroom when we had decided to change the color. Again, they were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. I would have no problem recommending Cliff and Luis to anyone.

Cliff and Luis did a great job. Removed, sanded, painted and reinstalled all the kitchen cabinets and cabinet trim. They removed all the kitchen cabinet doors and drawers. They set up a work area down in the basement and walled it off in plastic. They sanded all the doors and drawers and primed them. Luis sprayed on two coats of paint. They then reinstalled everything. Cliff also sanded, primed and painted all the window and door trim in the basement and garage which had never been finished since the house was built. Everything turned out very well. They kept everything cleaned up daily and were always on time and very courteous and respectful. This is the second time I have used them and I am very satisfied with their work.

Cliff and his partner Luis did an amazing job. They were extremely professional and punctual in all work. We had them paint our horrible yellow walls with matching yellow trim to a modern gray with white trims and ceiling. The corners of our rooms are bull-nose design and the paint lines separating the gray walls from white ceilings are immaculate and clean. Cliff provided excellent color suggestion and consultation. The wallpaper removal was glued on to the point that they were removing it inch by inch but they remained professional and calm throughout the whole process and we couldn't have been happier with the results. Cliff had an associate named Todd come in for the texturing and drywall repair that he has worked with for years. Todd also did an amazing job and was meticulous in covering and protecting our floors and furniture before spraying the texture work. It's blending is flawless and and you can't even tell there were cracks to begin with. Cliff Stuart painting really does provide full service painting renovation work. He had all the contacts he needed for the specialty work. Cliff and Luis carefully moved furniture, window dressings, light fixtures, and doors to paint and then expertly reinstalled them. My wife and I felt totally confident in their ability to take care of our house when we couldn't be there. When the time comes to finish painting the rest of our house I won't even look for other contractors and will certainly recommend Cliff Stuart painting to my family and friends looking for renovation work.

Excellent work by Cliff and Luis. We had them paint virtually all of the rooms and baseboards on the main floor, and during the winter when they traveled through more than one snowstorm. They were professional, provided us with a great product, and most of all were very communicative. We even received advice on paint colors (when working with grays they can look blue), and they recommended a great paint to use, completing the job right on time. Cliff had very exacting standards for the quality of his work and treated our home with the highest levels of care and respect. We are very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend him to others.

Cliff and Luis did an excellent job. All the walls and ceilings had to be washed (including doors and all the trim) before the house could be painted, and they did a very thorough job. Several holes and cracks in the drywall were repaired and re textured. They primed the surfaces of all the walls and ceilings, 2 coats on the ceilings and then applied 2 coats of paint to all surfaces, including the doors and trim. They were here and on the job every day (2½ weeks) until the job was completed. Cliff and Luis were very courteous and professional, and went out of their way to accommodate me. I will definitely use them in the future, and recommend them to everyone.

Cliff and Luis did a wonderful job. They sanded all the wooden window sills in the house. They re-stained them and brushed each with three coats of polyurethane. We would not have known where to go or who to call to have this sort of work done. We were delighted we find Cliff and Luis for wallpaper removal and then learned they also do repair, staining and wood finishing as well. They are a small business with only two people. You can hire them knowing they will also show up on time, treat your home as if it is their own, work to provide you the best possible product and outcome.
