Well. It's been a long time since I've seen a crew work so hard. Weather was a factor and the crew always kept us informed regarding their plans to work around it. They were polite and professional.

Kevin came out very promptly and gave an estimate and gave some excellent recommendations on how to paint the stucco using a specific type of paint. This was the main reason we went with this company as they were more expensive than competitor pricing. They came over to do the pressure washing and Donna from the office kept calling to keep me abreast of their schedule, as there were some weather issues. Painting went very smoothly and they were very professional and cleaned up daily before they left. Very impressed with our foreman, Ebellio, who kept us very informed. I would not hesitate to use Certa Pro Paint again for future painting needs.

Quality of the service was substandard. Tape left on windows and fixtures. Did contact them to come out and rescrape and paint problem areas and they did that promptly. Did not caulk several areas including around windows. Workers urinated on the side of the house. Felt it would have been better if a supervisor would have came out and inspected the house to correct any of the issues before finalization of the project. Overall, not a supplier I would use again.

They were willing to accommodate to my schedule and did the work on memorial day weekend.

it was prep one day finished the next painted extra utiltiies boxes etc. that needed sprucing up Because of so much rain we had to quickly decide on things, but it all worked out to my satisfaction

Everything went great. CertaPro kept the schedule and there were no hidden fees or costs. They completed the work on time and within the estimate. We would really recommend CertaPro of Douglas County to anyone.

The process for each service was very similar. 1. I contacted the company and they were very prompt in getting back to me and coming to my home to give me a bid. 2. During the visit they went through what they had to offer as well as letting me know that they were fully insured 3. They measured the areas I needed painted and then gave me the bid, the paint was included in the bid. 4. Before they left they gave me a copy of the bid. 5. I called the company back to precede with the painting. 6. We came up with a date that worked and actually they called back and were able to get me in sooner than was expected. 7. On the morning they were to do the work they were very prompt. 8. The painters covered all furniture that was in the painting area and taped very neatly. 9. The painting was done very neatly. 10. I was very happy with quality of painting they did. In fact I had them come back a second time. 11. Overall this experience was great, I would recommend CeraPro Painters to anyone interested in having the interior of their home painted. This is a very trustworthy company.

The whole process went very well. They were hoping to complete the project in one day, but because of the cold temperatures and wind they only power washed and prepped the house the first day and painted the second. All of the painters were very professional and did a great job. We have no complaints. We even had several neighbors say how impressed they were with the efficiency of the crew. Randy and Mary Rankin were great to work with. They communicated promptly and were able to get us scheduled during a time that worked best for us. The house and deck look great!

We just finished the job with them. The house was in a bad shape when they came and they cleaned it. They did all the preparation work and did all the finish work. They seemed to do a good job. They used all the sprays and they cleaned up after themselves. The workers were fine and I did not have any problems. I would recommend them to the others.

From the first enquiry through to the completion of the work Mary and Randy where always available to answer any queries and to ensure that the exterior painting of our home lived upto our high expectations. The job was completed in a timely, professional manner. The tradesmen where effecient, polite and cleaned up every night when their working day was over. We were so impressed with the work that we have also hired them to paint our high ceilings inside the house and again an excellent job. Our house looked so good that our neighbors have hired them and they also where pleased with their experience.
