 + -1 moreWe called Castle Rock Engineering based on the reviews seen through Angie's List. The call was as routine as expected. The lady was polite and to the point, making sure that my issue was routed to the correct person. We were in need of a Geotechnical Engineer for a water issue we have been having at our residence. The Geotech's name is Allen. He was amazing. Very friendly and very honest. Although determining our issue has been a chore in itself, Allen diagnosed the issue and gave us an order of precedence on how we should proceed to resolve our issue. His assistance was a huge breath of fresh air, as so many other 'professionals' either passed on us completely, or simply offered expensive bandaids. Allen made sure we were pointed into the right direction and to the right people. We are still in the process of having our problem fixed, but because of Allen we finally have a solution. He has also been thorough by calling us frequently to make sure we are being taken care of even outside his company. Allen is a true professional.
Description of Work: Conducted an analysis on water pooling up in our window wells. Allen made a determination of the source and potential solutions.

 + -1 moreAllen was very thorough and together we covered the history of the problemand developed a plan to find a solution.
Description of Work: Allen, came to my site and basically walked through the problems I was having determining the problems with my foundation and basement floors as well as the source of water affecting movement of the house. He suggested a number of items that I could address and sources of information regarding the problem. He was very professional and his suggestions resulted in my determining the actual problem and completing repairs.

Description of Work: After calling half a dozen engineering companies that were much more expensive, called Darin Denton at Castlerock Engineering to inspect an unstable looking foundation in N Denver. Darin called back very quickly and met me the next morning. He prompltly drew up a plan for the Denver building dept and instructions for the contractor. Even recommended an excellent concrete contractor. The entire foundation repair was done very well, completed quickly, and came in well under budget. Couldn't be happier.

 + 0 moreDale was pretty friendly. He was on time. He told me at the end that he would mail me a report and he did mail me a report. He explain everything well and layed everything out very nicely. I think that overall everthing went well.
Description of Work: They came to evaluate the siding and some other house damage in my home.
