Anthony was very responsive by phone and e-mail in the process of bidding and scheduling the job (repair and seal chimney cap, install LockTop II damper). He showed up to our house a little early and finished the job quickly. He cleaned up debris from the job outside the house (where he had to trim back some tree branches) and took precautions from making a mess inside the house. We were impressed by his speed in completing the job and appreciated how communicative he was regarding what he was doing and clearly explained how to operate our new damper. His price was fair (he underbid a larger local company by about 15%) but we are confident his experience and proficiency mean the lower cost does not mean we lost out on service quality. We'll be returning to Anthony for all of our future fireplace and chimney needs.

Anthony was on time and extremely professional and courteous. I've never had a fireplace so the thought of having a fire inside my house made me a little nervous. He walked me through the parts of my fireplace and explained how everything worked. I originally asked him for a chimney sweep but after a full inspection he let me know that my chimney was good to go and didn't need a sweep at all! I appreciated his honest and his over all vibe. He's a super cool guy and I really appreciated his knowledge and demeanor!

Very friendly. The chimney did not need much cleaning so rather than charging me for a full cleaning he gave me a great deal and provided a thorough inspection.
