Brought my fireplace up to code and safety for my family. I initially hired Anthony s Chimney Sweeps to clean and inspect my chimney which went fine. I then hired Anthony to replace my chase cap and chimney cap. He showed up with a chase cap that was too small and tried to install it anyway and proceeded to tell me that it was fine when it was obvious it was too small. The round chimney pipe cap was also not the right size so he tried cutting the end off of it and jamming the gap with a bunch of caulk. What a mess, there was caulk everywhere. I figured everyone has a bad day so I attempted to contact Anthony s multiple times over the next month to give him a chance to correct the problem. After multiple emails and voice mails with no response, I gave up and had to hire another contractor to come in and replace his caps with new ones. I am now out the $425 deposit I paid him before he started so my chimney cap replacement ended up costing me 150% of what it should have thanks to Anthony.

Anthony is a true professional. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again.

Hadnt had chimney swept in 20 years. Was quite a job and required some extra TLC. Anthony knows chimneys, I feel really good about the work and the extra detail for safety.

Anthony was very professional, he explained everything as he did the work, and he protected the area around the fireplace from soot, dust and debris. I asked if he had time to clean my dryer vent even though that was not in my original job request, he was able to add that on without any problem. This was a simple job of reinstalling a chimney cap that had blown of in the recent high winds we had experienced. He arrived promptly and had the work finished in short order. While he was up there he noticed a developing problem. took pictures, and clearly explained what I could expect from it in the future. He also left me with an estimate of repair costs for it. Very professional.
