+ -1 moreTim Hunter, owner, came out for the estimate, answered all my questions without trying to upsell anything to me. I had my estimates done and his price was the best. He was always prompt and professional. I am very pleased with his work.
Description of Work: Installed a new 2-stage Rheem furnace and 40-gallon Bradford and White gas water heater.

+ -1 moreHe does furnace replacement, remodel and new construction. He will run denting and mostly furnace, air conditioning and swamp coolers. He doesn't deal with boilers so much. He is responsive and I felt like I got honest answers out of him. He didn't try selling me anything or upgrading.
Description of Work: I used Air Tech HVAC for heating and air conditioning services. Tim Hunter is the owner's name and he did some repair for me.

+ -1 moreI haved used Tim for years now. You can always count on the issue will be fixed the first time and it will be done right. He also has extensive knowledge of all areas of building which really helps.
Description of Work: Tim serviced my humidifier, replaced filter, and replaced water filter to humidifier. He spent time finding a special filter for the humidifier that fit my needs, which was great.

+ -1 moreI have used them for about ten years. He is always helpful, he is knowledgeable, it is easy to get hold of him, and he is very reasonable. He'll look at something and tell you if you can let it go for awhile or if you need to get it done right away. I like that. We have used him repeatedly but we don't need him very often.
