Sopris Plumbing and Heating

This guy was working in my apartment building and parked like a jerk (in a spot assigned to someone else) and broke my tail light and then took zero responsibility and was HORRIBLY HORRIBLY rude about it. He was smiling at me widely and giving me the thumbs up mocking me while I was crying a face full of tears.

My water heater started having problems so I called some other plumber to repair it. He installed a small piece, charged me an insane amount and it only worked for 3 days!! I then called Charles to have a look at it. He found that the other guy had not even done the work properly and fixed it right there. Later when I needed the water heater replaced I hired him again and he sent two guys over who were able to do it in an hour. The cost was low and they were extremely friendly! Charles is a wonderful guy and I will hire him again!

Showed up right on the dot for appointed time spent I hour(I was sure it would take longer) had everything he needed handy for glitches( the nuts holding in the old faucet were rusted solid) all in all a very professional person. The price was certainly right

Charles Hoge, the owner, answered his phone on a Saturday. He came by the house within an hour of me calling and assessed the situation. He said he would return Monday to fix the toilet and hook up the ice maker. By Monday afternoon, everything was done and he even did a nice job of cleaning up the work area.

It went very well. Charles came the same day and found and fixed the problem. He explained everything to me so that I will know what is going on if it happens again. He was very pleasant to deal with and price was reasonable. We discussed another project that I may have him do for us.

Charles responded promptly to my call about a leaky connection in my plumbing which was located in the mechanical area of the garaged. He came later that day, identified what was needed, went to get the part and was back in 15 minutes. The whole job took about 45 minutes and is great now! Charles, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I will be using he and his company again!

The owner is Charles Hoge. He is a very good plumber. He was recommended to me by a friend. He is very reliable. He was very nice, friendly and helpful. It is very difficult to find one. He is an individual guy and seems to know what he is doing. I would rate him highly. I would hire him again.
