+ -1 moreNick, the owner of the company, came to our house at the appointed time, just 2 days after we had called for the appointment. He was able to replace the broken part from the inventory in his equipment van even though it has not been used on new shades for some years. He was very friendly, informative, and careful with the work and charged considerably less than what we had previously paid to have these shades repaired by taking them to a local dealer and then having to wait for about 2 weeks while they were sent out of the area for the repairs.
Description of Work: The operating mechanism on a window shade made by Hunter Douglas broke after about 12 years of use.
