Siding was done properly as with the windows. The work was above average and the materials were well made. The issue that I have is that the job is not complete and I am not getting any responses by phone or email. The job is fully paid and yet the patio glass that needed to be replaced has not been replaced. I t looks like I will need to sue to get that handled now.

Everything went very well, Luke is an excellent business owner. He was on time and communicated well what was being done and fixed the issue promptly. Not sure of the cost since it was paid by insurance for hail damage. Luke is the most honest business man I have ever met and truly cares about doing the right things right. He wasn't pushy like all the other Window salesmen I interviewed and he gave me the best price for high quality Windows. No other salesman was able to top his price and it's mainly because Luke doesn't have any overhead. He's very laid back and a good dude in general. When he was installing my windows I had to leave for an hour, he was very cool about it and waited for me to get back to finish installing my windows. In the end my new windows look amazing and my home looks so much better.

I hired him in December but it took until February for him to get here to put it in. The cost actually came in under the estimated cost. The installation went poorly. I told him that we needed a 36" door, thinking that's what my initial contractor put in. He was able to make the door opening larger, without having to change much. After putting the door in it looked good, except he had used another casement. I told him that I would replace it on my own. I'm now going to have to take down the casement again and adjust the drywall. The new door leaked the first time we had snow. This leakage stained the casement, but I think I will still going to be able to use it still.

The install was painless. I was worried because it was very cold outside, however Luke assured me that there would not be a hole in my wall for more than 10 minutes. To my surprise he was right. I couldn't be happier with the products and the customer service.
