Description of Work: Got a bid from depot on full house carpet instal. They advertise an install price which is very resonable if carpet is purchased at their store. When the bid came back tons of additional costs were added that were ludicrous. We notified them that it would seem they are using false advertising and lacked integrity. They have lost my business in the future.

carpet installation
+ -1 moreI was impressed with this company. They had a guy come out and do the measurement. He was very efficient and did his job well. I was specific about how I wanted the carpet laid. Whenever something was different than how I wanted, they explained why it had to be done another way. For example, I wanted the carpet laid down in one direction. In order to stay within my budget it had to be laid a different direction. My only complaint is that when I called I always got a different person. The original person I spoke with wouldn't be in, so I had to speak with someone else. There was a lot of paperwork. Although the price was reasonable, there was some confusion about the total costs. The bill I got in the mail was different than the one I got in person.
Description of Work: They installed carpet in my living room.
