Frank was on time to a Pueblo West location. He had to travel from Canon City, CO which is about 30 miles. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable with all appliances he worked on. The service was excellent and I would use this provider again in a heartbeat.

He identified the entry point of the water, sealed it, performed some minor repair of the concrete tiles on the roof that allowed the leak to occur. Then after the inside dry wall dried he arraigned the drywall repairman to perform the restoration. We cannot tell the difference between the replaced area and the original drywall. Very very happy with his work.

The service tech showed up promptly as scheduled and immediately diagnosed the problem. He emptied the door of its contents, removed the door from its hinges, removed the gasket that had become flattened and ineffective over time. The faulty gasket was replaced with a new one, door was reattached, and the door works perfectly! Tech returned all contents to the refrigerator.

Tech was prompt and got right to work. He was friendly and informative of hints for best results in running dishwasher (run hot water at sink til hot; then engage dishwasher).

My dishwasher's performance had declined dramatically, and after stalling as long as I could sand, I took a chance on Frank's. I had used a nationally known sevice several years ealier, and tho the work was satisfactory, I felt I had been charged an exorbitant fee. So I was very pleasantly surprised to get prompt, professional service at a third of the cost. The repair (a clogged internal filter) was completed quickly, and the technician even showed me how to access the filter so I could do it myself if needed in the future. What a guy! I felt like I got my money's worth, and I won't hesitate to call Frank's in the future. I absolutely recommend them for good, old fashioned SERVICE at a fair price.
