I have obtained the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation which is awarded by REBAC (Real Estate Buyers Agent Council) to agents who have met specific educational requirements and have met certain professional criteria needed to provide this high level of service. As your Buyers Agent, I only have your best interest in mind -- not the sellers! I have also obtained the Senior Real Estate Expert (SRES) designation which is additional education to assist in addressing the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. I know this area and bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding of real estate and this market that I can offer whether you are a first time home buyer, retiring and relocating to this area and to sellers looking to sell. With real estate changing so quickly, you can trust that I can maneuver through the process - keeping you informed and in my utmost care. I serve all of Fremont County including Canon City, Florence, Penrose, Texas Creek, Cotopaxi and the Tallahassee area. I pride myself with a reputation of absolute integrity, high-level expertise, and incredible client service. I understand that real estate can be the single largest investment.
