Honeybee Pumping Service

I didn’t have a good experience with them. We were trying to dig the lid but we couldn’t find one of them. They weren’t very helpful in locating the lid. The guy said he is going to charge us another trip charge when he comes back. He overcharged us and I wasn’t too happy about it because they weren’t very helpful. We got two drying bed and he only pumped one. As far as the pumping goes, they pumped the one tank fine. Their price was high. They came out the day they said they were supposed to. They were on time. The driver was not friendly and he was not helpful.

This was not an emergency, so we were scheduled about a week after calling them, which was totally fine with us. From what the woman said on the phone, in an emergency, you get bumped to the top of the list. Nice to know. The man came in the time frame specified, did the pumping, and showed my husband that the Outlet Tee was crumbling and needed to be replaced. He had what he needed with him, and it didn't take very long. Very professional and efficient. This company was recommended by the people at Apollo Propane, and we will gladly recommend them to others.
