Overall We had a good experience. Quote was reasonable and quality of work was good.

Ray visited our home to review the job to be done and give us a quote. We very much appreciated his visit because we were assured he knew the extent of cleaning needed, and we felt confident the price quoted would be honored when the job was done with no surprises. Ray was thorough and anxious to know we were pleased with the final result of perfectly clean windows. We would highly recommend Windows Gutters Etc. to others, and will definitely contact them when are ready for our next window "sparkling"!

Getting call backs and reaching service was a little wonk, but there was a personnel issue at the time. Had to re-schedule once or twice due to snow, but that was smooth. Work done was professional and efficient. Friendly, courteous, willing to answer questions and give advice

One of the things that is very important to me is a company who lets me know when they will be arriving and who answer their phones in a timely manner. This company does both. I asked him to take pictures of the clean gutters and he was happy to do so.

Ray was referred to me by Home Advisor and I'm glad that he was! Ray called me right away, provided an estimate at that time, and said that he would schedule cleaning my windows and screens within days. He showed up early and got to work right away demonstrating that he is organized and responsible. And, he's really nice, too! Ray wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with his work and any time I noticed something that needed extra attention, Ray cheerfully and good-naturedly attended to it immediately to ensure that everything was right. Not only did he have the most reasonable rate but he offered us a military discount as well. I would recommend Ray without reservation and will hire him again when I want my windows and screens to be "Marine clean"!
