Description of Work: I called and left voice mail on issue I was having with my computer. No one ever called me back and when I called back, no one ever picked up the phone.

+ -1 moreTodd was extremely helpful and was willing to answer all my questions as I tried to figure out how to recover from a hard drive crash. He even met me to do further diagnostic testing on my computer. When he figured out that my computer was beyond repair, he suggested which ones I should consider buying. Best part of this whole experience, he didn't charge me for any of his consultation because he said he wasn't able to help me make a repair. I am a customer for life!!
Description of Work: My hard drive crashed and Todd took a lot of time walking me through diagnostic tests to see if it could be recovered.

+ -1 moreI found Todds number yesterday on Yahoo. He tried to help me over the phone, but we ended up setting up an appointment today. He was prompt, efficient, and I will use him again.
Description of Work: Todd made a house call for my computer repair. Turns out the repair for the computer was simple as it only needed a cleaning. However, the connections were not properly corrected to our fax machine by, and he quickly noticed and repaired that.
