Joe was great and made the entire process was seamless! Joe went the extra mile. He was thorough in explaining how the remote worked, which is key to me! This is the second job The Gas Connection has done for us and they are the only gas company we would use in the future.

Awesome. Marvin called ahead on the morning of service. While there, he was helpful and friendly. The stove looks great and received a good report for the next year. He also took care of a noise that had been coming from the fan for the last several months. Great job. See ya next year!

aaron and john were exceptional , john even called next day to check on things , i would give them a raise , fire 2 less employees and give them their wages thats how good they are, i supervised 40 employees at a glass shop i know the importance of good workers and you have two great ones , make it a point to treat them good and pay them accordingly you sure dont want to lose two great ones , very very professional and customer friendly , do not see that much nowadays, you company is very lucky dont blow it

We can't say enough about this company . They were wonderful to work with from our initial phone call. Service men were very punctual and professional and knowledgeable. They gave us an estimate before work was done and stuck with the price. They will be coming back to install a new fan in the insert. We will certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Marvin was very efficient and took the necessary steps to get things working optimally again. Marvin was so efficient that he even had time to tune up a 2nd fireplace in my home that was not originally scheduled for today’s visit. My living room FP has never worked this well even after the original installer performed adjustments at my request.

Doug L. arrived on time, working equipment required for the job in hand, immediately went about inspection the fireplace, answered any quetions I had concerning what he was doing or how to activate some of the functions of the fireplace. Cleaned up the area. Doug was very professional in all his work and dealings with me and my wife. I would recommend him anytime to do the work again.

It went perfectly. The team from Gas Connection was on time, explained what they would be doing, how they would approach the task, and how long it would take them. They were efficient, answered my questions, and cleaned the area better than I would have.

Gas connection did a great job. They were professional-arrived on time and got the work done quickly. I had to reschedule my install because the insert had not arrived yet and they couldn’t have been nicer about accommodating me.

Doug was efficient and approachable. He was happy to answer questions and explain what he was doing. We had some questions about refinishing the firebox and surround and he took notes to call us in Spring to get that done also. We have used The Gas Connection for over 20 years for work in our own homes and in rental homes we own. Quality work, honest answers, and personable service professionals. EXCELLENT! Josh and Aaron came twice, the first time to set up the gas line and the second to put the pit together. They were timely, extremely professional and super fun to work with it. Communication was excellent and they even texted which was so nice as I'm not always available to answer the phone and this way we didn't have to play phone tag back and forth. They work very well together and clearly know exactly what they are doing. My fire pit is working great and it looks stunning!

After researching many companies and getting price quotes from several, I decided to move forward with The Gas Connection. Josh and Aaron were amazing. They were friendly, polite and thorough. They explained each step of what they were doing, and even happily answered an unrelated question about an issue with my fireplace. The estimate was accurate and comprehensive and included all options that I could possibly need to complete the work. The price was fair. I would not hesitate to use The Gas Connection again.

All the remote needed were batteries and he fixed my glass doors too, which was a real bonus. There was also a small gas leak which he fixed.

Doug checked out the system, provided his thoughts and suggested what needed to be done. It didn't take too long, wasn't messy, wasn't crazy expensive and now it works. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Great! Alan figured out how to find the hidden gas pipe from the ceiling below. He limited the size of the hole and fixed the problem quickly!

Excellent. Doug repaired, cleaned and serviced my gas fireplace insert. It looks great and running quietly. Doug was able to locate a new fan from local dealer which enabled him to complete the job on one service call. I greatly appreciated his consideration for my time and money as well as his excellent work.

Doug was right on time and very helpful. Turns out all the fireplace needed was a good cleaning. Doug gave me a lot of helpful tips for using and maintaining the fireplace. I learned a lot. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use these folks in the future!
