It was skillfully installed. Both Jason and Aaron were delightful young men with a cheerful sense of humor and a seriousness to get the job done. Aaron answered every question with knowledge and attentiveness. We both were extremely grateful for the wisdom and help. He made sure everything was working and in good order. Thanks!

Great!! Doug called in advance to remind us of the appointment, call on the day to let us know when he would arrive, and arrived as promised at the specified time. None of this hang around for hours waiting that you get from some companies. He diagnoses and fixed the problem, and did extra things to make the fireplace work better. He even cleaned up not only any mess he might have made but items I had just neglected (like cleaning the glass). We also asked a variety of other questions about installation of another fireplace, life expectancy of the unit we have etc. He was very knowledgable.

Doug was great. He called to let us know he was on the way and showed up on time. He was very throrough with cleaning and inspecting each fireplace. Doug was also very careful to make sure the area around the fireplace was clean. We have had consistent great service from the folks at The Gas Connection.

FABULOUSLY! Tom Ray was very thorough. He fixed the wiring on the switch and gave the fireplace a thorough cleaning. I would — and HAVE — recommend The Gas Connection to any one with a gas fireplace!

DougL. Arrived at 9:04 A.M. for a 9:00 A.M. appointment. He explained how, and what he was doing to rectify the fireplace issues. Doug kept the area clean, was professional, and made sure I knew about the early bird offer from the company for my next service. I was very pleased with how both fireplaces worked and looked when the service was complete.

The workmen arrived promptly, finished quickly and cleaned up the work site. They made sure all of our gas appliances worked properly before they left. This company (The Gas Connection) was recommended for quality and cost by a friend who is a carpenter in the construction industry. Very Well. Service was completed very fast and exactly as described. Alan was very professional, answered all my questions, and completed in the service quicker than I had anticipated.

Extremely well as expected. Doug has serviced our 42" Heat-&-Glo See Through gas fireplace for the past three years and always leaves it looking beautiful from ember placement and log configuration to cleaning the large glass panes inside and out on both sides of the fireplace - a daunting job as they are heavy and difficult to remove with our surrounding sandstone, let alone clean and re-situate. He also performed some touch-up work to our refractory this time out and did a marvelous job. We hope he never retires because we wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job!

Doug was very knowledgeable, and did an excellent job installing a new gas log set. He provided instructions on the use and maintenance of the equipment and also answered many questions about the unit. We enjoyed the gas line crew of Justin and Joe - they communicated well and were out of here and done with the job very quickly. Once the real problem was figured out, the fireplace worked fine.

Great service. Polite, communicative, professional and happy. Our fireplace was no longer working after years of use without being taken care of, Doug got everything up and working better than it was prior to when it stopped functioning.
