Description of Work: Called them to install a gas line to my new gas range. Was told repeatedly my file was on someone's desk for scheduling but never heard from anyone. Called another plumbing company and got it scheduled the same day. Don't know if the problem is their office staff or if they simply don't care. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I had these guys come out and run an additional gas line to where I was going to install a range in the kitchen as well as run a line outdoors for a grill to be hooked up and it went amazingly well. They were super professional, polite and things got done on time and right within $20 of the quote they gave me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an additional gas line run for their home.

 + -1 moreIt went very smoothly.
Description of Work: We moved into a new house a few weeks ago (new to us at least). About three weeks after moving in I smelled gas at the meter. I called the gas utility (Xcel) and they confirmed that the meter was leaking. Unfortunately, they also discovered a leak in the buried pipe that leads into our house. They pulled the meter and said we had to repair the leak before they would turn the gas back on. Our first estimate was from Precision. $4,800 to dig up and replace about 30 feet of pipe. Talk about sticker shock. We have only been in this house three weeks after all! Fortunately, we heard about the Gas Connection. Kevin, one of the owners, came out and gave us an estimate of $1000. His rational solution was to leave the bad pipe in the ground and route a new pipe through our garage. Simple and logical. Another Kevin came out to do the work two days later. He was friendly and professional and completed the work in about two hours. The Gas Connection contacted the county inspector who was out the same day to approve the work. They also contacted Xcel who re-installed the meter. Kevin the owner is a real gentleman and hires good people. I have already told my new neighbors about these guys, because the houses in our development were all built by the same builder and are likely to have a similar problem with corroding pipes in the future. If it involves gas, these folks are real experts.
