That extra effort gave us confidence to go with him, and even better he was able to provider a simpler and less-expensive option because he had confirmed that the pigeons weren’t in the attic. The other company wanted to do a pricy multi-step process that would have been completely unnecessary. His commitment to doing what was best for his customer goes a long way for us.

The raccoon and babies were removed humanely from our attic about 3 years ago, and have never returned (he was very thorough in screening in all potential access points). We recently heard scratching on our roof, and he returned at no charge to do a thorough roof inspection and ensure there was no entry. I would highly recommend this service. He is very knowledgeable and thorough.

Mark was exactly what we needed to stop woodpeckers from making a home in the siding of our house. He quickly identified the problem, proposed a solution, and executed that solution. He was quick, profession, and priced his work fairly.

Squirrel, Squirrel, Squirrel, Chewing up the electrical wiring in the attic, Clawing and Chewing through the ceilings. Mark came out. Put a one way door on their favorite entrance and exit. Sealed the roof vents and capped the fireplace. Never seen squirrels chew through rodent wire before. Squirrel must have really liked their new winter home in the attic. took some time and Mark's perseverance. The attic is clear and well worth the money. Thanks Mark! because of the job he did I do not need to hire him for the attic again. I will call Mark for all my property needs in the future. Once again Thank you!

I was very pleased that they were able to get the squirrels out from inside the walls without harming them, by putting on a one-way door for a few days, and not blocking the hole till all the squirrels were out. I wish they had called to tell me that the job was finished though.

I hired The Critter Man to seal my house from mice (and any other critters). They responded promptly. Kris was amazing and made me feel at ease even though I had spent a few sleepless nights listening to mice scurrying around. He walked the inside and outside of my (very old) house and not only found spaces for mice to enter but found a hole in the door of my attic that could welcome raccoons, bats etc. Kris has a great personality and answered all of my questions. The job has been completed and there is no sign of mice. Value for the money? I have no idea what it would have cost to hire another company. I had someone else contact me but they only considered glue traps , but I not want to handle with dead or almost dead mice. I know I can sleep at night and my dog is safe and that is worth a lot. Hence the 5 stars in all categories.
