I didn't have a bat in the house so the visit was very short.

Attentive, courteous, professional. he did what he contracted to do and in the time-frame he stated. He also upsold added insulation for the attic - after inspecting same. I agreed with his findings -- after inspecting the attic personally. He did not overstate the problem. I was satisfied with the experience.

A curious/clumsy squirrel managed to fall down a 3" sewer vent pipe from my roof to a point in the sewer pipe below the floor between two main floor bathrooms. I could hear scratching and thumping noises coming that area and submitted a request for assistance thinking there was an animal trapped in the wall. Mark called within 15 minutes, arrived about 4 hours later and quickly located the source of the noise. In the crawl space he cut the sewer line and we literally flushed a totally soaked and crazed squirrel into a trash barrel positioned under the cut in the line. Mark crawled on the roof after dark to install a ventilated cap on the pipe to prevent a repeat performance and ended up working until after 6 PM to finish the job. He took the squirrel with him and assured me the squirrel would be released far, far away from my house!

A nesting pair of pigeons were living on my front porch. Mark returned my call quickly, made a trip to assess the situation, and sent a quote. Work was done as quoted and on time. Five days later and still no signs of pigeons. Would use him again and recommend to anyone needing pigeon/pest control. Thanks, Mark!

Mark called me right away and was here to inspect my attic for evidence of an animal and/or nest. Found none, deemed my house critter proof and didn't charge me at all. I would recommend Mark and would use him again if need arises.

Issue was a squirrel that had gotten inside our rental house. Mark promptly returned my call, scheduled for the next day, assessed the problem and trapped the squirrel. Tenants were very happy with the service! Will use Mark again if I have another issue (hopefully not!)

Mark's communication throughout the process was excellent. I had squirrels accessing attic space through my roof. There were 7 areas that needed to be sealed off, but only two of those areas that had squirrels coming in. He sealed off the 5 first, then put a one way door to let the squirrels out. Mark checked in with me to make sure all was well and he and his adorable pup Harley (his Jack Russell associate) took the doors out and sealed them up a week later. So far so good. Thank you!

Showed up within hours to assess bat situation and removal seems to have worked. Nice guy that took time to educate us on what was going on and what was needed. Initial visit and consultation was free. Was confused at first as I had expected work to be done on day of initial visit and consultation, but instead the actual work was started a couple days later. Would recommend the critter man to others.

My phone was ringing just as I hit the submit button on Home Advisors. Mark was extremely professional and courteous during the initial consultation. The project was scheduled and Mark called an hour before the scheduled start time to let me know an emergency came up and he would be 2 hours late. Mark showed up at the "rescheduled" time and completed the job quickly - even if the temperature was 87 degrees! I would highly recommend The Critter Man for any pest/small animal removal you may have.

Excellent service, very professional and exceptional response time, less than 24 hr. I am extremely pleased with his help in removing several orphaned baby squirrels humanely. I would highly advise others to use the man.

I only got an estimate for mouse removal, however he was honest enough to give me advice on how I could remove the odor myself. I appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell me a service I didn't need. I will probably use him for woodpecker eradication in the future.

We are still In the process of removing a mother and 2 baby raccoons. It took a week to trap the mother. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and gave me great advice.
