Mark responded quickly, knows his business, and was right on with his analysis and solution to our raccoon problem. The steps he took worked to get mama and her babies to leave or chimney within two days.

Mark was very helpful with the raccoons in my attic. He went above and beyond and was pleasant to work with.

Mark went above and beyond to get the squirrel out of my house and he really cares about the animals - It wasn't' injured and he took it home to live a good life. He knows what he is doing and is a true expert. my only issue is I wish he lived closer because I will be recommending him and will definitely use him again.

Critterman was quick to respond, friendly, and is a good communicator. The initial work went well and was quick. It's a little early for the rating though -- the job is not yet complete. The pests are gone and Critterman will be out this week to finish patch and paint. But for the HomeAdivisor connection, I am uncomfortable having paid for the whole job where services are still due. I've reached out to HomeAdvisor four times in the last four weeks for different services. ALL have worked out great. I'm thrilled at how easily I've been able to deal with the various issues.

They were able to remove a Baby Racoon in our chimney that the mothe had left behind. Critter Man then placed two chimney caps on our chimneys so as to prevent another Racoon from taking up residence in our home again! And to protect our roof from possible fire damage. The cost was high; but quality of workmanship was great!
