Cameron arrived on-time and completed many functions to connect my computers and printers. A true professional in all respects. I have already recommended Tech Knowds to a friend.

We hired Cameron to install our new LG OLED 55" TV and hook everything up to our Xfinity service. Cameron took approximately 1 hour to take care of everything when it would have taken me days due to my lack of tech knowledge. I'm very impressed with their service. Cameron even agreed to haul off our old TV and take it to a Best Buy for recycling. He saved us $200.00 by agreeing to do this for us. The amount charged for all this service was, in my opinion, not enough. I paid some additional $$$ to show my impression of the value of Cameron's work. I'm very impressed with Cameron and Tech Knowds LLC. I will use them whenever I need service on our TV or computers.

Cameron offered to help me over the phone to resolve my laptop issue and not charge me. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He even took the time to look online for my laptop's model number since I did not have it. Within a matter of minutes, he resolved my issue. I will definitely refer my family to him because it is refreshing to find someone who is honest and willing to save the customer a service charge.

I would highly recommend Tech Knowds. He was friendly, helpful and made sure I felt like I had received enough service as my problem didn't take much time to fix. He answered questions on other parts of my computer and even optimized it so that it ran better. The biggest plus was having him come to my home. Saving me a lot of time.

Cameron returned my call in about 30 minutes. First attempted to help me fix problem on phone for about 20 minutes at no charge. Decided I needed on site help. We set and appointment for next day. He arrived promptly and fixed a complicated software problem. Charged $65 as quoted on phone. Would definitely recommend Cameron to a friend.

Cameron was most helpful diagnosing and working to resolve our problem with a LiftBox system with parts ordered from Poland. Repair to be completed when new parts arrive.

Cameron came to my house on a SUNDAY to help me with my Home Entertainment System. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to teach me some things about my system. He also helped me with my Epson Printer which suddenly quit printing a full page and again told me some things I did not know with this device. He was very thorough and prompt and efficient. I would hire him again!

I would've given 5 stars but my DVD player wasn't hooked up, missing the cord. Not the techs fault but he didn't follow up with me on where to buy one as he promised.

Cameron solved a problem that had existed for years. He spent quite awhile checking everything out and charged me very little for his service. Really nice guy and quite knowledgeable. Because of him, I am finally getting good performance from my surround sound system! If you have a problem, call him.

Cameron called shortly after I set up the appointment on line to verify time and day, as well as to get more specific information on my issue. He showed up on time and was very friendly. I will continue to use him for my PC issues

Cameron was very responsive, knowledgeable and careful. He responded to my appointment within an hour and agreed to come on Labor Day to do the work. He fully understood how to reconnect my Direct TV service and also helped to set up my home computer and Wi-fi. He was very careful about our furniture put them all in place after reconnecting. I recommend him highly.
