 + -1 moreReally disappointed with this service which I've used for years. I have Dale install a sprinkler system for my garden. Dale insisted the spray was a better option for my rose garden because the drip lines "get clogged up". Despite my hesitation, I decided he was the professional and must know more than I. Months later my roses are filled with powerdery mildew and spider mites, due to overly wet leaves. The nursery folks told me the spray was the cause. Snider and Sons came right out when I called, on a weekend but Dale was clearly not pleased to be there and couldn't care less that I had a problem. He was defensive and shrugged as he said, "no one else has this problem". Well, I find that hard to believe but either way he wasn't pleasant to deal with. Further, he told me to take my business elsewhere. I certainly will.

 + -1 moreTook 3 hours and my total was $355. Made the mistake of not getting estimates first as this was a big shock. They charge $75 an hour but don't image it should have taken so long. Very bummed out by the bill.
Description of Work: Pop up sprinklers were placed in my garden patch - maybe 10 of them. The existing line was already in they had to attach small hoses to the main line.

 + -1 morehe system was 20 years old so the broken valve stem was no surprise, but beyond my skills/experience to repair. snider and sons was recommended by a church friend and i'm very happy with their work -- they knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix and went the extra mile by checking, and in two cases, replacing irrigation heads. having a good irrigation person available is important to me since i lack knowledge. i am now confident my system will be taken care of well when the inevitable problem comes up. snider and sons has my highest recommendation.
Description of Work: todd performed the service with his young assistant brandon. they arrived 10 min before the scheduled time and spent over an hour fixing a broken valve 16" underground and then tested and serviced all the stations and sprinkler heads.

 + -1 moreThis company has always arrived on time or given me a call within 15 minutes of the start of my appointment to let me know what is happening if there is a delay. They also let me know when I can expect them. When they arrive, they are very helpful in answering questions while they work. They quickly accomplish whatever the task is. After charging a very reasonable price they are on their way. I have called them back repeatedly as their work has been top notch and when a repair has to be made they do an excellent job as I have not had to have a repair remade for the same thing yet.
Description of Work: Turned system on, adjusted all heads, checked for leaks, programed your timer and replaced missing pieces on sprinker system that were lost over winter.
