Description of Work: They did some remodeling for us. They took out a wall, changed a closet configuration and changed out an opening and built a pantry.

Description of Work: I used Roberts Remodeling to do framing, window installation, drywall and trim. They replaced my baseboards with new wall heaters. They did the siding and insulation where they reframed some things.

Description of Work: He remodeled our kitchen with one assistant Gus. They did an incredible job. They were extremely diligent and got the project done in two weeks. We had our kitchen designed and our cabinets purchased from Home Depot. The home depot installation price was outrageous. Therefore, we called many contractors and Robert was one of the friendliest and reasonably priced. In addition, he had great reviews. All of it is true. He is punctual, respects your opinion and suggestions and does a thorough job. At the end, we were very very happy with the results. To put up our cabinets in place all he had were these complicated plans Home depot printed. He did everything, plumbing, electrical, our floors, etc... I would highly recommend him to anyone. We are planning to remodel our bathrooms in the next few years and Robert is going to be our guy.

Description of Work: I used Roberts Remodeling for handyman services. He rebuilt a guard rail on my front porch.

Description of Work: Robert assisted us in redesigning our master bath, including a new, expanded shower, new tile, relocated furniture, and medicine cabinets. This involved areas of tiling, plumbing, electricsal--the "whole nine yards".. He then implemented the plan to perfection.

Description of Work: Robert completely gutted and remodeled our main upstairs bathroom. He helped us decide on a good setup for some new storage space as well as building a bookshelf in another room. He did all the tearout, plumbing, installation of the new fixtures, new storage shelves, flooring, drywall and paint. Several unexpected problems came up and Robert dealt with them in a very professional manner. He always showed up on time at 8am and worked until about 4pm. He was very professional and did his best to accommodate my toddlers nap schedule as well. We plan to use him again for a future project in the basement.

Description of Work: Robert came out. We told him what he were looking for in our kitchen remodel. He did not seem to really want to work on our project. Instead he suggested that we go to Home Depot to have them come out to measure and draw up what we needed and then call him. So, we contacted Home Dept and then decided to work with Home Depot instead since they could draw it all up on the computer for us to look at. They also said they would give us a bid for each item and we could have them do all or any part of the bid and then do the rest ourselves or have someone else do any item on the bid we would like. Thanks for the referal to Home Depot.

Description of Work: I used Roberts Remodeling in April and May 2011 for some handyman outside work and some inside work. They replaced the chandelier in our kitchen. They also did some painting and texturing in our kitchen. They helped installing an outside shade and did various other projects.

Description of Work: Roberts Remodeling gave us a general quote because we didn’t have any specific ideas yet. He quoted us for the labor to redo our bathroom.

Description of Work: Robert totally gutted and renovated existing master bath, including bath, shower, toilet, floors, electric, etc. His punctuality was extraordinary, starting every moning at the same time and working through until completion of the job, over a period of about a month. The quality of the work was excellent. He is very easy to work with, willing to make changes without any griping, and being very flexible in all matters. We were totally satisfied and impressed with this vendor. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: We were doing a bathroom remodel and needed a custom shower pan made. Robert made a custom mortar basin for the tile to be laid on. Then he installed the backer board for the tile and tiled the rest of the shower all of the way to the ceiling. We had a pocket door installed into the bathroom instead of a traditional swing door. He had to move studs in the wall in order to get the pocket door frame installed. We had ripped out most of the subflooring in the bathroom ourselves, Robert finsihed ripping out any subflooring that was left and replacesd all of it with new subfloor. He hung the shower door which took alot of work to get it fastened to the tile. He also moved all of the piping for the shower in order to raise the shower head and make it higher. He intalled the shower head.

Description of Work: They did a remodel on our bathroom which involved the replacement of our tub and shower.

Description of Work: Robert remodeled two bathrooms on the upstairs level of our home which was built in the early 1980s. He extensively remodeled a guest bathroom. He tore out everything: the bathtub, vanity and countertop (including two sinks), the tile on the walls, and the carpet. He replaced the full-size bathtub with a slightly smaller one so that one of the walls would not be damaged. He installed the tile that we had picked out above the tub and on the floor. He carefully installed and leveled a new vanity so that a fabricating company could install a granite countertop. Robert also did all the plumbing for the sinks, tub and shower, and installed all new fixtures. Robert also worked on the master bathroom. Because we had re-done our bathtub and shower about 10 years ago, Robert only did the plumbing needed to install new fixtures for that area. However, he tore out the old vanity, countertop, and carpet. He also worked on the lighting in that room, tearing out an old ceiling light, rebuilding and texturing the ceiling and installing a new light there. He ran new wiring for new fixtures over the two sinks and installed the new fixtures. He also installed wiring and a can light over the bathtub including a new switch for the tub light. He installed and leveled the new vanity so that a fabricating company could install a granite countertop. He installed tile on the floor. Again, he did the plumbing for the new sinks.

Description of Work: Robert removed everything from my early 1980s-style full bath and completely rebuilt it. In place of a full-sized tub, Robert built a tile walk-in shower with a seat. He installed a slide-bar hand shower and two grab bars and moved the plumbing to the opposite side of the bathroom to accommodate this. He installed a light in the shower with a new, separate switch. He replaced the carpet with tile. He replaced a small cabinet with a pedestal sink. Because of all of the modifications, he had to retexture and paint the whole bathroom.

Siding & soffit repairs, exterior & interior painting, drywall repair, consultation with structural engineer & foundation repair contractors on foundation structural repairs, repair several interior doors, and plumbing & electrical repairs.
