The owner's name is Eric Coghill and he is definitely professional. He was knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I was fine with leaving my trees in his care. I was very pleased with them. He was working in the mountains on a huge project when we needed him again.

His price for all of the work was great. When I first called him it took him forever to call me back. He finally called me back out of the blue. He made an appointment and came out within a couple of days which was good. He gave me the estimate and said that he would call me a couple of days later to set up an appointment. He finally called me back a month later to set up the appointment. He never apologized for taking so long to get back to me. He said that he was going to be out at nine and he called me at nine thirty asking if he could come back a few days later. He is very flaky. I will not be using him again in the future.

The arborist was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain to me the cause of my tree's problems. He was able to work me into a very busy schedule and he performed the work well.

Eric has been servicing our trees for about three years now. He trims our trees, extracts ones that need it, and plants new trees and shrubs. He is a one man show - he does it all. He seems to know a lot about trees, etc.
