+ 1 moreThe people I spoke to over the phone were polite and very knowledgeable about their products, I had called because I wanted VoIP service and ended up buying a security camera setup from them.They gave me a quote for the work and a time when they would come to do the work, the work came in under the quote as they got me a great deal on the cameras and they showed up at the time specified so I did not have to sit at home waiting for their installer to show up. The installer was friendly, professional and this is always important to me, very clean. I was expecting what I have gotten from cable companies like quest or comcast, a sub contractor that does 20 jobs a day and is only getting a paycheck but what I got was a company that tailored everything to my situation (they came out and looked at my home before giving me a quote on the cameras). Overall it was an excellent job and when i set up my home office I plan on using them to set up my phone and fax systems.
Description of Work: I had Liberty communications install security cameras outside of our home and install VoIP service so that we do not have to pay comcast or quest for the sevice. I try and use local companies for everything I do and this is a prime example of it paying off
