IMMACULATE DRAPERY CLEANING & MORE

CLEANED VERTICAL DRAPES BY DRY CLEANING AFTER EXPLAINING THAT "WATER" BASED CLEANING MIGHT DAMAGE 20 YEAR OLD "GLUED" WEIGHT COVERING.VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

He was very punctual, did not make a mess, reviewed exactly what he was going to do and was honest about not doing a couple of extra blinds because of their age and type of blind. I will certainly use him again

I discovered a large, black mark on a Sunday on one of the drapes in a house I was getting ready to sell. I immediatly went to Angie's List to look for recommended drapery cleaners. Spied the ad for Immaculate and called and left a message. Jim contacted me first thing Monday morning and we set an appointment for Wednesday. He arrived ahead of schedule and got right to work. These windows were about 10 feet wide and four feet high so you know the drapes were gigantic! Jim covered the windows and floors with protective cloth,moved the drapes on the rods to a working position and got started cleaning. It took him about 2 3/4 hrs. to do both windows and he did a wonderful job! When finished he cleaned up his machine and picked up the cloths, neatly packing everything away to return to his van. This is the only way to have drapes or any window covering that are not washable cleaned. I would most definitly recommend him to everyone anytime.

He was very efficient and prompt. He did his work and left. It was an interesting way of cleaning the drapes without taking them down.

Jim put up protective covering to protect the walls and floors and cleaned the curtains from the top down. He did an excellent job and cleaned the curtains with a guarantee that there would be no damage or shrinking (and there wasn't). I was very pleased with his work!

Arrived at 9 sharp and left at 1 pm. Worked steadily all the time he was here. Very pleasant man. He put back the pieces of furniture I had moved before he got here. He respected our home and left it the way he found it.
