Heritage Kitchen and Bath is family owned and operated by Joe, Maggie and Adam(AJ) Oestereicher. With their cumulative 70 years of experience in the design and renovation industry, this family team takes great pride in helping transform your home into the dream space you desire.
Our goal is always to guide our customers through the process with the same care we would a member of our own family. We believe in the mantra “The journey is just as important and the destination”. The same attention is given to small bath remodels as the largest of kitchen transformations. The process begins with one-on-one design services to create spaces that are uniquely you and uniquely yours. We will then help guide you through all selections of materials such as cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing etc. We can then even manage the actual construction process to achieve a timely completion with results you can take the greatest pride in. We always strive for excellence in design, product quality, and customer service.
The TEAM at Heritage Kitchen and Bath looks forward to establishing an enjoyable and friendly working relationship with you.

Joe was nice and professional when we first met. He came out and measured, gave us advice on where to shop for quartz, etc. Reasonable quote. We were out of our house due to water damage, and the countertops were on the critical path to get us back in. Despite several commitments to install on certain dates, Joe failed to meet commitments and we repeatedly had to push out and reschedule other contractors which in the end cost us almost a month of extra time before we could get back in. His communication on those items was non-existent, and I had to reach out to him repeatedly to eventually be told that he wasn't coming when he said he would be there, and that he'd be out in a couple of weeks. No seeming apology, just kind of a, "hey, that's the way it is, you know...we get busy". Then upon installation there was one large and very jagged seam in the countertop. A seam was to be expected given the size of the "L" countertop, but Joe did nothing to finish it. I had to bring it up with him, and he acted as though the thought hadn't even crossed his mind. He said something to the effect of, "oh. I suppose I could come back on with some epoxy and work on that." He never did. I have followed up with him twice since then and have gotten radio silence. So now I have this big jagged seam in my countertop that I'm going to likely have to pay some other professional to finish. Unfortunately seems like he had a "take the money and run" approach to business. My fault for trusting him....should have withheld money until I was 100% done/satisfied. Lesson learned.
