The process from beginning to end was great and easy. They were very timely and accommodated our schedule. They were the best competitive bid. The installers were great and we had no issues We will definitely use them in the future for all of our carpet needs.

Floor Crafters did an excellent job repairing and replacing the hardwood floor in our bedroom after our handyman ruined our floor by putting in the wrong replacement wood. We thought our hardwood floor was lost, but Floor crafters did a beautiful job of restoring it. From Graham’s first visit to evaluate our floor and give us our options, to coordinating with Katie in the office, to Justin‘s managing our job while we were out of town, everyone at Floor crafters were professional and fantastic to work with before, during and after the completion of our floors. They are responsive, organized, and so oriented to serve their customers. Floor crafters knows what they’re doing and we will have them back for any future flooring needs. They deserve more than 5 stars! Floor Crafters did an excellent job repairing my basement floor. My cement floor had been torn up due to a sewer problem so it was a total mess. In addition there were old imperfections where the cement had been previously damaged. Graham did an amazing job removing the old finish, patching the holes and damaged sections. The entire floor was now in great condition. The painters, Justin and Jeff, finished the job to perfection and even helped reposition and connect my washer and dryer! Everyone at Floor Crafters, Katie, Graham, Justin and Jeff , were professional and great to work with during this job. Thanks to them I have a beautiful basement floor. I would recommend them to anyone needing flooring.

We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our experience with Floor Crafters. They installed 240 s.f. of new, red oak flooring and refinished 850 s.f. of existing red oak flooring, and the outcome was a "work of art." It was a pleasure working with Shaun, Graham, Justin and Katie. Marco did an excellent job of installing the new flooring, and Robert and Frander produced a newly sanded, stained and top-sealed finish of the entire 1090 s.f. By the end of the project, Robert and Frander felt like family. We intend to work with Floor Crafters again if and when we find the time and money to refinish the cement flooring in our garage.
