We came back from a trip to find our furnace dead. They came out that afternoon and replaced the furnace 2 days later. Very satisfied!

Les was on time, courteous and well versed in his profession. Had a repair that was needed and the minimum additional service charge was well worth it. I will be calling again to have DMC come and service my A/C come this Spring.

I called DMC at 8 am Saturday morning, and Les was here by 9:15, and had a new furnace installed by 12:30. Excellent responsiveness, quick but thorough work, fantastic service.

On Sunday morning we woke up and it turns out the furnace had once again gone out. Les came over as soon as he got my message, got things going again and showed me what to do to keep it going for one more day until he could get the new one in. For this he didn't charge me extra, despite it being a weekend. Monday Les arrived promptly and got the new furnace in quickly (3 hours, as promised) got the old one out and cleaned up completely. He showed me the workings of the new model, programmed the new thermostat and made sure I had all manuals, warranties, etc. Les was prompt, professional and did good clean work. I especially appreciate him coming out on his own time, on a Sunday, just to make sure we were comfortable until the Monday installation. I would definitely call him again for any heating or cooling needs.

My furnace started working erratically on the coldest possible day. I called DMC wondering how quickly I could get it repaired, and Les showed up less than 2 hours later. He serviced the furnace and explained it thoroughly enough so that I could service it next time. Price was fair, highly recommended!

The got here on time, were the first to ever do a really good job cleaning my permanent filter(with high-powered nitrogen), didn't try to sell me anything, told me my 19 year old furnace was in great shape and had obviously been well maintained. Other years other HVAC services have told me I need a new furnace and they can't be expected to last past 10-15 years. I really liked Les, nice family business. He answered all my questions patiently.

Les was great. Explained cause of the problem. Forgot to change the filter which cause another part to fail. Replaced the other failed part, put in a new filter, cleaned the heater by blowing it out with nitrogen gas. Cost $207 including service call. Seemed reasonable.

Les and his son were great! They were on time, fairly priced and didn't try to over sell something we did not need! If you are getting quotes, you have to get one from this company! Best price, best service of the 3 companies I had quote me on this job! I will never use another HVAC company for service or replacement of equipment! Call Les!

Les & his son Dylan removed the old furnace & replaced with a new Rheem 80% two-stage furnace with a variable speed blow motor. Also installed a whole house humidifier and replaced some of the air vent ducting. It took them just over 3 hours to do everything including removing several branches shedding pine needles into our flue because the end cap was missing. They came back this morning to install the new end cap on the flue before the forecasted snow this evening.

I called DMC Services on 11/30 and Les answered the phone right away. I told him of my concerns and he was able to get me a service appointment the next afternoon. He arrived a little early and called me from his truck to make sure I was home. Les and his assistant checked and cleaned the furnace then tested it to make sure it would start on its own. He told me the furnace looked good and I didn't need a new one at this time. He also showed me how to properly install the filter and how to troubleshoot any future problems. Problem solved in a half hour.

We set up the appointment and Les called to confirm. He showed up on time, quickly serviced the unit and was very professional. Would highly recommend!

It worked out excellent. They replaced the furnace filter and it is running smoothly. I would definitely use them again.

After getting a very high quote and getting the car salesman routine from another provider I called DMC Services. Les was able to come by the same day and gave me a much better price. I appreciated him being straight up and honest and not trying to pressure me into a new furnace even though our was ancient. The removal of the old furnace and install of the new one was super fast and they were professional and neat.

Leslie and crew arrived on time, removed the old furnace, replaced old exhaust duct work and created an excellent and easily accessible filter access door, as well as updated the gas connector and electrical connections for safety. They carefully cleaned up the area and frankly left it cleaner than it was. Their work exceeded my expectations.

Our experience with Les at DMC was great. He first had us shut off the unit to make sure it wasn't just frozen. When he arrived he discovered that our capacitor had blown and replaced it. Was efficient and knowledgeable.

Excellent. Stan and his Son are true professionals. Our heat pump failed during some very hot weather. After reading reviews on Angies List, I decided to give DMC Services a try. Despite Stan already having a busy schedule, he came out quickly and on time to make an accessment. Stan was able to do the install 3 days later. Again, he showed up exactly on time and completed the install in exactly 2.5 hours as he had estimated. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. In addition, Stan has set me up for routine maintanence.

They arrived right at the quoted time and in a very short order had identified and fixed the issue with our furnace. They took the time to not only fix the issue, but also check other key elements of the Furnace/AC system to make sure they were in proper working order. They also answered the questions I had regarding maintenance and care of our current system as well as making recommendations and ballpark estimates on what a future replacement could cost, which was very helpful. I'll definitely be scheduling a service call with DMC Services this fall to make sure our furnace is performing at its best for the winter. Thanks Les!

After finding water on my basement floor yesterday afternoon, I emailed DMC Services (Les) last night. I received an email with an hour from him. He was able to come to my home earlier this morning and look at the issue. He determined the leak was in the water heater. We discussed all my options and since my water heater was under warranty. I decided to contact the original installer. While he was there, he also looked at my furance. Overall, He was amazing. He was able to answer all my questions (and I ask lots of questions) . He was very professional and knowledgable. He was quick to respond last night and to arrive this morning. I will admitt I was freaking out when I found the water on the floor. Les was able to ease my mind. I have priced services at other locations and DMC Services is VERY reasonable. Any problems in the future with my water, furance and/or AC, I will be calling DMC Services. I recommend them HIGHLY.

Recently moved in with my significant other who had been living in this house for about 5 years. The AC has never worked and they have had trouble getting repair services to give them an attempt to repair without just saying the system needs replaced. Leslie with DMC was able to provide same day service and get our air conditioning running in under an hour. He informed me the system that we had was a pain to work on and when requiring replacement was far more expensive than replacing traditional units. My goal in the service call was to really figure out if the only way to repair the unit was to replace it, or if all other options had been exhausted. Despite the system being outdated and not the best design, Leslie was able to get us up and running without having to replace the overall system.
