I am very pleased. I had DMC in as a second opinion for a competitor who basically said that every component was bad and the whole thing needed to be replaced. I feel like DMC was more honest about the situation - when it does come time to replace, they'll be who I call.

I woke up at 2:30 in the morning on Friday to find that my home was very very cold. My furnace was on but was not producing any heat and in this winter night my home was cooling down quickly. Once businesses were open in the morning I began calling several HVAC services, many of which I had to talk with a receptionist who told me that a technician would get back with me later. When I called DMC Les answered and immediately scheduled an appointment with me for later in the morning. He arrived on time and identified the problem quickly: A "limit" panel that needed to be replaced. Within 30-minutes my furnace was again producing heat. Excellent service and very professional. Nice guy too.

Les was great. He showed up on time and put my worries at ease. I couple of years ago, I hired another company to install a furnace and had been using them for my yearly inspections, but was becoming unhappy with their service. Les found a flame sensor that had never been cleaned and now my furnace starts right.

My air conditioner stopped working Monday. I called Monday and Les Carter called me back promptly. He made time for me on Tuesday. I am so grateful. He and the man who works with him are both easy to deal with, they give a very helpful amount of information, and truly saved me from the heat this week. I highly recommend DMC Services.

Les & son are an absolute please to work with. They are hands down the most professional, competent, friendly, HVAC pros I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I originally had them out a week ago to clean the outside condenser because the unit was having trouble keeping up with the heat. When it turned out that did not help I asked him to come back and give me a quote for a new furnace & A/C unit (mine were old and not quality units to begin with). The original install of my old system was less that quality to say the least. Les provided the quote Monday and was back on Wednesday to perform the install. It was truly impressive to watch these guys work! Everything they did was quality work, no shortcuts taken. They even corrected the butcher job from the old install. They left the house cleaner than when they arrived. You absolutely cannot go wrong with DMC Services! They will be my go to for all future work. Thanks Les!

Les & his son showed up on time ready to work. Both of them are very friendly and professional. They performed the maintenance/cleaning/checkup, leveled the outside unit, checked temperature at the vent, etc. Les also let me know why we have been having so much trouble with the unit freezing up in the past (bad airflow due to improper installation). Even though our unit is not one of the best, he did not pressure me to buy a new one. When we do, Les will be at the top of the list. I would definitely recommend them.

I called and was able to get a next-day appointment for maintenance, cleaning, and checks on my furnace and AC unit. Leslie was punctual and friendly, answered my questions, and did a thorough job cleaning bot units. I found it helpful that he showed me before/after photos to demonstrate the cleaning results.The price was reasonable for a preventative maintenance and cleaning service - $85 per unit. Thank you!

Les is very professional, knowledgeable, punctual & responsive. He took time to explain everything to me. Les and his son did a great job on both installs and were very friendly. I plan on using them again when we have a new furnace installed

My Furnace went out last night. Called 2 other companies besides DMC Services. Les was the only person that responded back. He came out first thing in the morning. Looked at my furnace and quoted me a price. I was going to do it last year but was holding off. But since the gas valve went out last night. I was forced into it. His prices were actually better than the ones I received last year. He was able to run to the Distributor and pickup furnace and was back in about a hour. Les and his son showed up, they were here for about 4 hrs. It wasn't a easy install since my furnace was in the crawlspace. They did a great job. Picked up all the trash and extra filters I had down in the crawlspace. I upgraded the furnace to a RHEEM 2-stage variable speed unit. He said there is a great savings on the electrical consumption. And that it would make my house more comfortable. He also filled out a rebate from Excel, and used my computer to register my new furnace under extended warranty, while I was filling out the check. I would highly recommend DMC Services to anyone. They know what they are doing. My husband looked it over when he came home. Said they did a great job and even labeled filter and installed a nice door and filter rack for us.

Les and His company were on time (which I appreciated due to a tight schedule). They were very Prompt & professional. I called DMC services as soon as my daughter located the culprit of the leak. My hot water heater was cracked at the bottom of the cylinder. Les educated an advised us what to do in the situation. (We shut off the water to house an the shut off above the H20 heater. A shot vac to help clear the Waterford the laminate/ 10 towels an a couple box fans). We apprcieated Les and DMC services to answer the phone, advise us & be out at our house in the same day with installation. The installation of the hot water heater was very clean to the eye and works like a champ. Night and day difference between the response time of hot water from old unit to my new Rheem. As apart of the installation they gave us a free furnace cleaning and tuning. I doubled checked for debree- (because every contractor I've used doesn't clean up fully/ probably why I didn't leave a review for them). I'm Thankful to find a Hvac company where there work speaks for the quality of the company, DMC services. Would happily/highly recommend these Gentalman to anyone asking for Heating and air conditioning needs.

Les and his son showed up at 8:00am right on time. They were very polite and respectful to my wife and I. And took extra care of bringing equipment in and out of our home. We have an old dog that is blind, and asked them to watch out for him. Les and his son had dog treats and took the time to play with my dog before they started. They were here for about 4-5hrs. They installed a new quality Furnace with a 2-stage variable speed furnace. And also a new upgraded humidifier. Turns out our old humidifier never really worked. Les went over the full operation of the furnace and where the filter was located. And type and frequency to change it. Our old furnace filter was hard to change and never seemed to fit in the ductwork. They made a special point to install the furnace on a elevated filter box. With a nice door to replace the filter, and had options of different filters you could add. He went over the full operation of the new humidifier. Showed us the operation and how to change the filter. He also explained maintenance and offered a plan for preventive maintenance. He had the paperwork all typed up for us. He even registered our equipment the night before and brought the certificate and rebate paperwork. It was such a pleasant experience having them install our system. They took the care to make sure the area was cleaner than they found it. We will make sure and have them back in the spring to add AC to our new furnace. I would highly recommend them from their service and quality of the equipment they installed. And taking the time to explain the options and find the right furnace to make our home more comfortable. They even didn't mind me watching the install and asking questions along the way. He seemed very knowledgeable and took extra care to detail on the install. Great. Les returned my very early morning call and was able to come within 2 hours. He found the problem, fixed it, and provided valuable information on future maintenance. Very professional, helpful, friendly, etc. Will definately call for a/c maintenance and next furnace maintenace.

Work was done quickly and neatly. Les and crew were clever about finding the least disruptive way to add the intakes and now it's a whole lot easier to change the furnace filter.

Fine - no problems. He told us exactly the right kind of filter our fuernace needs.

I gave Les a call and he was out at my place within a matter of hours! He was really polite on the phone and when he arrived. He came out and fixed my swamp cooler which was serviced poorly by another company prior. Within 30 minutes, he got the swamp cooler running again and even took the time to rinse out the unit (which the previous company hadn't done). He was also really patient with me while I asked him approximately 1000 questions about the swamp cooler. It was just a little pricey but honestly, well worth the cost for same day service by someone as pleasant and knowledgeable as Les! Thanks to Les, I will not be dying of heat stroke in my living room. He's basically a hero.

Les and son were prompt, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Les responded the same day for my AC repair when another contractor cancelled my appointment that I had booked 4 days prior. I was really in a tight spot... 4 days without air conditioning and kids in the house and every contractor in town booking a week out. He was able to squeeze me into his very tight schedule (temperatures were climbing). He was very thorough and probably saved me from replacing my whole AC unit by the end of summer. I will use DMC Service again.
