Great experience - Les was punctual, friendly, and efficient. Shows a lot of integrity in what he does.

Les came to inspect our old until and discovered a leak. He quickly got us on the schedule to get a new AC unit installed and helped with all the rebates with the energy company. Friendly, very professional and got things done quickly and correctly.

He took the time to explaine blower size, furnace size and A/C size. Checked the coolant level in the A/C system.Changed to a better air filter for my system then the 3M air filter that i was using. The 3M one was too restrictive.

He was on time for both the initial appointment and to replace the furnace. He did recommend replacing the hot water heater due to his difficulty in relighting the pilot light. We noticed that after his visit the hot water was extremely hot. Upon investigation of the water heater we discovered the thermostat was turned to extremely hot, rather than just normal or hot. Not sure if he turned it up so the heater would go out and need replacement, but we had to wonder. Other than that instance the rest of the experience was good. I would recommend him, but advise that others be careful of him trying to seel something you might not need. (typical salesman tactic)

Provider needs an attitude adjustment when dealing with small jobs. I was going to hire him for a furnace repair on the furnace he was working on and inspection a required maintance (if required) on another furnace at a nearby residence. Due to his attitude from the get go I did not.

Our furnace was only working intermitently, would not come up to temperature in the mornings, would not stay at temperture during the day, etc.....We checked Angie's list, looked for local HVAC companies and found DMC Services. Very highly rated on Angie's list and even had a review of a previous customer with the same issues. We called and spoke with Les Carter, he was on another job but came right over after he was done. Did a full inspection of the furnace and humidifier, cleaned the flame sensor, replaced the furnace filter and recommended that we move the water supply line to the hot side of the hot water heater. Les was very knowledgable on furnances, humidifiers, the whole works, worked very fast and was extremely fair for pricing. Needless to say, we will be using him again.

When I called I expected to have to wait for a service call, since the weather was really cold and my problem was not an emergency, but Les was able to come out the next day. He ordered a new motor and came the following day to install. I really appreciated the quick service and reasonable price. He went the extra mile installing some clips to keep my filter in place to prevent dirt from being pulled into the motor in the future.

Les was fantastic. His prices beat everyone else's and his work was of the highest quality. We will definitely use DMC Services again.

I noticed some loud sounds coming from my furnace whenever the funace started. I had first contacted some other furnace repair company who told me that the motor was going out. The bearings were seizing up which was the reason for all the noise. Because the weather forecast included snow that night and the next day, I felt somewhat under pressure to get some repair work underway. The first company I had contacted (that had diagnosed the problem) gave me extremely high bids to do this work. I did take the time to contact several other firms to get some competitive bids. I contacted DMC Services and was happy to hear that they would be able to come out to my house quickly. The bid DMC Services gave me was over 50% less that the first company I contaced. I felt that DMC Services did not take advantage of my situation and provided me with a reasonable bid. DMC Services completed the work efficiently and was very responsive and professional. The serviceman, Les, was very courteous and overall a very nice person. I was very satisfied with the work performed by DMC Services and will highly recommend this company.

I have a main house and a cottage with the furnace in the attic. Other guys I called wanted $40 extra to go into the attic. I actually enjoyed my experience as he was friendly, knowledgeable, very reasonable. I would use him again

My water heater stopped working. Of course, I had an out of town guest arriving the next day. I called Les in the morning and by 1pm that afternoon he and his son were there installing a new water heater. Les and I discussed the options ahead of time and he performed the service as we agreed and the cost was exactly what he quoted. He did a great job installing the new water heater and removing the old one. The process took under 1.5 hours. I have used Les' service before for a furnance issue. He is always very responsive and does a great job.

After a very cold and dry spell here in CO, I decided it was finally time to install a whole home humidifier. I did some research and decided I wanted to go with an Aprilaire product. A quick search on Angie's List found that DMC services was offering the model I wanted (700a) installed for a very reasonable price. I called DMC services two or three times, just asking questions about the product and installation. Les, the owner, patiently and politely answered all of my questions. He also suggested I consider a less expensive unit (600a) as, after discussing my needs, he felt it would be a better fit. I did a little more research, confirmed DMC was an authorized installer, and ended up buying the less expensive unit and installation from DMC. He was able to get me scheduled for 3 days later. On the install day, Les showed up right on time. The install took around 1.5 hours and looks very neat and professional. While he worked, he answered some general HVAC questions. When I asked about an unrelated issue I'd been having with my AC drain, he fixed it for me at no extra charge. After the install, he took time to show me how to operate my new Humidifier. He didn't push any other services/products. I felt comfortable enough with him that I left at my home alone for a few minutes while I went and picked up my daughter from school. Note that there was one other installer who was offering the same product/install for a little less money. I went with DMC Services based on his willingness to answer my many questions prior to the install, the fact that he didn't try to sell me more than I needed and because he was an Aprilaire authorized dealer. I'm glad I chose to do business with DMC services.

Our 7-year old furnace wasn't working properly. Although it would kick on, after a few minutes it would turn off without coming up to temperature. I'd initially called a heating/repair service that we'd used in the past, but they told me that they were booked up for the next 3 weeks with scheduled maintenance calls. Since they were unwilling to prioritize a repair over maintenance (seriously?) I decided to join Angie's List to find a reputable company to make the repair. I ran across DMC Services and decided to call based on the ratings. Best call I've ever made. Les came out the same day and fixed the furnace. It turned out to be a plugged condensate drain, which took him only 20 minutes to clear out. It's been working great ever since. Based on my experience, I highly recommend DMC Services.

It was perfect. He discovered a problem that a previous provider didn't fix, instead telling us the system was just old. However, DMC came out, cleaned the system - including the part that was causing our problem. He even showed me how to do it myself & took time to tell me about the system. It was a really nice experience. They were prompt, courteous, quick & provided good communication - Nothing to complain about!

Les came out quickly to assess whether it would work in my house. He determined that I needed to change some ductwork, and also install some pipe for drainage. He was very efficient, pleasant to work with, and charged exactly what he said. I was pleased with his professionalism, and would definitely use his company again, and recommend him to others.

We got a good price for the service through his Angie's List coupon and an appointment within a couple of days. He arrived on time, cleaned and checked everything, but didn't find any problems. We got what we needed quickly and for a good price!

We had record 90 degree days this summer in Colorado. Our air conditioner began making a very bad noise and we noticed we no longer had cool air coming from the vents. I called and left a message and within a half an hour, Les called me back. Then he came to fix the problem that same day! We very much appriciated his amazing service. He was very pleasent and friendly. We would highly recommend. We will call him for ANY heating and air conditioning work. Price was $493.54 ($363.54 was for the motor and parts)

Very good experience - I would say excellent - but I never consider an unplanned expense of $5,000 excellent - but certainly not Les' issue. Les was very patient and informative while we were in our investigation phase. Once we decided on a course of action, Les had the most knowledgable and integrated bid for a 95%+ Variable speed 2-stage furnace with the integration of a whole home humidifier. Once we settled, Les was also great about helping us locate discounts (like the one on Angie's list for $250 off) as well as working with us on a bundled package. Scheduling was clear and Les arrived ontime early on a Saturday and worked quitely and best of all cleanly to get the job done. I have to also say Les did a nice job completing the external combustion air cover. Once completed, Les walked us through the operation of the unit and the supplies needed and when needed. Very honest and hard working. So far so good - the real test will be through the first winter, but no issues to date with the furnace, pump or humidifier.

Les showed up promptly at the appointment time, ensured the product would work and fit my furnace, and provided a timeline of completion. He was done within the time frame promised and his offer for $575 installed was as promised. Very happy with the product and work done by Les. Thanks!
