Les showed up on time and did a great job.

Les is very professional and honest. I got 3 quotes from local sellers, Less was 1/3 the cost of the others. The work was very good, everything is working perfectly 3 months later. If you need furnace or AC help in the superior area, call Les.

Showed up on-time. Services provided as advertised for price stated. Did not try unneeded up-sales. Offered a good replacement thermostat, installed, for a fair price. Would recommend.

Les did a great job. Our water heater failed and after calling a handful of companies, we selected Les. He arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgeable. He worked efficiently removing the old water heater and installing the new one. We would certainly use Les again.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the pricing and service we received. Installation took place over two different mornings. When a mysterious wiring issue cropped up upon installation of the new furnace thermostat, Les didn't give up until he discovered the glitch and replaced the malfunctioning wire. He explained operation and maintenance of the new equipment and cleaned up every bit of dust and debris left over from the installation. After 20 years of calling random companies for our heating and cooling issues, we've finally found a company we trust to give us professional, knowledgeable, and prompt service.

Was prompt and showed up at the notified time. Service call was $105 which covered labor for any repair work, parts were extra. Very professional and competent. Offered us a whole house fan install which we were not interested in. So only a minor upsell offer and unrelated to the AC repair. He did not offer any extraneous or unnecessary repair suggestions, which I appreciate. Repair took approximately 40 minutes. Gave him a B for professionalism because when I called he answered the phone with "How did you get my number?" rather than a cordial greeting. I was taken back by that at first and almost did not schedule the appointment. Otherwise all A's and would recommend him again.

Les responded to my early morning phone message promptly. Our air conditioner died during very hot weather, and an 85-year-old parent lives with us. Les worked with his schedule to accommodate our need, and we had air conditioning the next day. He was professional, efficient, and communicated in timely fashion. He was here exactly on time for the installation and left the work areas clean when he finished. We are grateful for this service and believe Les did a great job!

Les arrived on time, and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He replaced the capacitor and we were up and running. Later that same day, the ac was blowing hot air again! I called and we made another appointment. He came Saturday afternoon and diagnosed another problem - the condenser for the fan. Couldn't get the part that day, so came back Monday and replaced the part. We have been cool ever since!

We called DMC at 8am desperate for someone to repair our geriatric air conditioner which had stopped working during the 90 degree heat wave. He was able to come out within a few hours, quickly diagnosed the problem, tracked down parts for our ancient unit, and repaired it promptly. We plan to replace the HVAC system in the near future, will definitely consider using DMC.

Repairman was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. He informed us what usually causes clogs of this type, and he showed us what was in our pipe. He was fast, informative, and honest.

Les did a good job. He serviced our furnace, and then looked at our AC unit to see if we could figure out what was wrong. Didn't quite figure out what was wrong with it because he would have to come back another time and drain all the Freon out of it and then analyze. We decided not to get that done and then he gave us a quote for a whole house fan. My only complaint was that he was very rushed. I know he had a lot of appointments that day but I just felt rushed.

The gentleman from DMC was fabulous! He responded very promptly after we contacted him for repair of our AC unit. He performed the repair service on our unit and offered advise to save money and prevent future repair needs. We would absolutely recommend him.

Great!! I have been dealing with my old furnace not working for a bout 6 years and have talked to 4 differant servie proffessionals. Les has been the only one that was able to explain what the problem was and how to fix it. We did not need to replace the old furnace but thought with the age of the house that it would be better sooner than later.

Les was right on time, he quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the primary capacitor for the compressor. The compressor started right back up and started cooling the house again. Les checked the Freon levels just in case. I will use him again in the future.

We were experiencing problems with our A/C system, DMC scheduled a visit to inspect and give us an estimate on replacing the system. Les Carter came to our house. He did a calculation of the system and our house and inspected the system and vents... He concluded the system was somewhat inefficient but did not need to get replaced. HE gave us some good practical advice to improve our system. He was professional and courteous. Since we did not move forward with any installation , I asked if I could pay him for his time, and he said just to keep him in mind for future work.... Which I will of course do and recommend to others.

arrived on time, performed the job quickly and efficiently, replace worn exhaust tubing, finished when he said he would, mailed in the rebate form. overall experience -excellent.

We left a voicemail & when we got a call back once we explained to him it was for an A/C repair he immediately refused & told us he was to busy, then why advertise your business if you don't have time to take care of customers, waste of time.

Les had been to my home previously to do a furnace inspection and was great. He took the time to explain things to me so that I could minimize breakdowns and maintenance in the future. He also walked me through the work that he did to make sure it met my expectations (and I didn't even have to ask!). When Les came to install the swamp cooler, his service was equally impressive. He showed up on time and got right to work. A few small issues came up with the interfaces to my home (namely a leaky water faucet) and rather than making that a roadblock, he had a replacement part in his van and made the swap-out of the components and kept on moving. As I have come to expect from Les, he took the time to walk me through the proper service and maintenance of my swamp cooler and showed me a few tricks to ensure that I have plenty of quiet cooling long into the future. He may have to schedule you out a few days, but its worth the wait!

Les responded promptly (within a couple hours) after being contacted and set up a service appointment. He called before arriving, well within his 1-hour time window estimate. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful pointing out more ways we could increase the efficiency of our air conditioning unit. A slight leveling of the cement pad under our unit was needed, and this was accomplished quickly, with no problems. We couldn't have been more pleased. To be honest, we were kind of "auditioning" this company to see if we felt comfortable working with them to replace our furnace in the upcoming months. We will most definitely be calling upon Les and DMC Services to start this process soon.

Installation went fine, no problems. Done in about 4 to 5 hours, and Unit is quiet and effective. The only hiccup was that Les left the condensate drain a bit short from the hole so it now drains on the concrete floor as well. I emailed him about coming back to extend it down into the hole and no response, so that was a bit disappointing in terms of closing the loop fully on the work. But I would recommend him to neighbors for his service and price point.

Outstanding. I was able to get a service call in two days after my A/C failed during the 95C Colorado weather. Les knew what he was doing and was very efficient in doing it. He's asy to work with, explained what was wrong and what he was doing. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Les was great. We had been told by a serviceman at another company a couple years ago that our cooler was shot and we needed a new one. We couldn't afford that, so we waited. Les was able to repair our cooler for a fraction of the cost of replacing it. It's been working great for two weeks now, and we're very happy.

Les arrived on-time, a little early actually, for the schedule appointment. He inspected the work location, discussed his plan with me, confirmed the location of the louvered fan in the ceiling and location for the wall switch and then prepped the area before cutting any drywall by laying down a large tarp in the work area to capture the drywall and sawdust that would be generated. He worked efficiently and had the whole job done in under 2 hours. This is the second job Les has done for me and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He is very professional, courteous and keeps you informed of your options and provides the pros/cons of them and his recommendation, but this is not done with the typical "upsell" mentality of a lot of contractors. His recommendations are based on the site specific conditions and what will best meet your needs.

I was told by another company that my 16 year old furnace was cracked and would need to be replaced. They gave me an estimate that seemed very high. Based on great Angie's list reviews I contacted Les at DMC Services. He came to my home several days later to give me an estimate that was approximately 1/3 the cost of the estimate from the other company. Les was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about furnaces, what I need for my home and how to use the Angie's list coupon. Installation was quick and easy. Les was punctual and got the job done quickly. I will definitely use DMC again.
