After calling 3 people from Angie's List, Les was the only one who replied within the hour. With a winter weather advisory in effect and it being Sunday, we weren't sure who would be able to make it to our house to get the furnace going again. Feeling a little desperate we were starting to consider if we should just go to a hotel with our baby and dog in tow. Luckily, Les suggested he might me able to get it running by quickly troubleshooting with my husband over the phone. He was right and the furnace was running in 5 minutes. I appreciate that Les called us back even though I didn't see emergency and on-call services listed on his page. I also appreciate that he was willing to lend his expertise in Rheem furnaces at no charge, considering the circumstances. I noted there was no cost for this service, which is true, but we subsequently scheduled him to service the furnace this week. Of course there will be a charge for that, but we are happy to give him the business. Thank You Les!

Les was excellent! He was able to come out that same afternoon when I called him. I described to him the situation. He opened up the furnace and within minutes, he was able to detect the cause and come up with a solution. It was simply amazing that it took him such a short amount of time to properly diagnose and resolve the issue! He even made a temporary bracket to hold our filter in place. He also cleaned a piece that was extremely dirty. I'm sure another repairman would have told us we needed a new part and the whole service would have cost us a lot more money. My husband followed his advice and did some more dust clean up and we haven't had any further issues. We will be calling Les at DMC Services from now on for all our furnace/ AC needs!

Wow this is what good service is supposed to be like. On time professional and I couldn't be happier with my purchase I go out of my way to recommend Les as well as the April aire system he installed

Les was able to get us on the schedule quickly which was a gift since we'd had it with the awful dry heat in our house. He arrived on time with a smile and answered all my many questions as he worked. In just a little over an hour he was all done! I appreciated the full run-down of the system when he finished. I'd highly recommend Les and a home humidifying system. Bonuses: He was great with our animals, gave additional helpful advice about our furnace and best filters, and also fixed our storm door latch that was slipping! No complaints here - I've already given his name out to a few friends

Les was great. Our furnace went out Sunday night so I sent him an email. He replied first thing Monday morning and tried to explain to me what to fix after my own troubleshooting failed. When I couldn't figure it out, he worked me into an already packed schedule and came in the afternoon when he said. He showed me the bad fuse and replaced it. Then he proceeded to inspect the furnace and pointed out that it had not been setup properly when installed. He made some modifications and explained some other things about it that I was not aware of. In spite of a long day, he was professional and quick. If you want the job done right, Les is the one to do it.

I called Les in the morning. He returned the call quickly, and was able to come out 30 minutes later. He fixed the furnace and showed me how to repair it in the future should the problem occur again. A very positive experience.

We were without heat as the thermostat or furnace quit last evening. I was looking for someone to help us out today. DMC Services is fairly close and scheduled an appt for about 45 minutes later. Less arrived right on time, he was here about an hour working diligently the entire time, including education for me! He programmed the thermostat which was helpful for a not so techie person. Very polite and knowledgeable I will definitely call him again. Perhaps for a new water heater as mine is past its prime.

Everything with the install went well. I purchased a coupon for the install from Angie's list and Les was very responsive coming out to my house to review the install a couple days afterword and was able to get me a quote for a swamp cooler that fit my needs perfectly. He was able to work around my schedule as well and could do the install on a morning when I was not able to be at my house with no issues. Overall I would use DMC services again.

Les installed mt Rheem A/C unit a few years ago. Yesterday, I called him because the unit wasn't cooling and we made an appointment for mid-day today. BUT he asked me a few questions about how it was performing over the phone and had me check a few things. A dirty filter resulted in a frozen coil and you can't get good cooling capacity when the coil is a black of ice (much less surface area for cooling than all the fins on the coil). He told me what to do to solve the problem and asked me to check in with him in the AM to make sure it was running right and if not, he'd be over mid-morning. Viola - it's running perfectly again. Thanks Les, I appreciate the help and wrote this review for others to see that you are a quality guy.

It went great; he very quickly and very linearly diagnosed it down to the problem, and had it fixed inside of an hour.

It started on Angie's List....I found Les and DMC and sent him an email asking if he serviced my area and I got a reply back within a couple of hours that he did and to give him a call in the morning. I got busy at work and by mid morning Les was calling me, we talked about what I wanted and agreed upon a date for him to come to the house. He called and said that he was running early and was wondering if that was ok and it definitely was. I am new to Colorado so he took the time and effort to give me tips and suggestions on how best to run my equipment. He even noticed that my outdoor unit was uneven and asked if I had a shovel so that he could balance it for me. Great service very pleased.

Leslie called me about ten minutes prior to set arrival time to let me know that he was running a little late. I really appreciated that. (And he was only about 10 minutes late.) When he arrived he checked the thermostat, changed the filter on the furnace/AC, and made sure the air conditioner was running properly. He checked the temperature of the air coming out of the vents. Outside, he checked the compressor and then hosed it down to get all the dust, dirt and cotton off of it. (A company that I used before offered to do that for an additional $20.) Leslie then explained to me how to spray it down so that it gets good and clean. He is a very pleasant person, very friendly, but professional. I will certainly recommend him to friends and family. And I will call on him this Fall to check the furnace. Highly recommend this guy!

Les showed up on time as always, consulted on location of installation of whole house fan and quickly went to work. This is the second job we have had Les complete for us and would not hesitate to call him again if needed. He is courteous, professional and very reliable. Les completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up when done! We are very pleased with his work.

The person that came was very good and his punctuality and everything was very good. I liked the man, he seemed very knowledgeable but the price seemed high. It was an expensive fix and the new cooler only cost about $2000 or even less but you know what, when you don’t have to book them out everyday how do you know if the price is high or not. They did a very nice job. The coolers work fine. I will look around in the future but if I find that other people charged the same, I would prefer using DMC.

We smelled natural gas last night coming out of our furnace exhaust outside the house so we shut down the furnace and called Les in the morning. He was up in Superior, but said he could be in Lakewood to check it out in a few hours. He called on his way down to confirm his arrival time. He used his combustible gas indicator to check for leaks in the furnace and his CO indicator to look for incomplete combustion in the exhaust vent. No issues were found and no natural gas odor in the exhaust today. All seemed to be performing well.I always call Les for any HVAC issue after he installed our AC a few years ago. He's prompt, professional and thorough. If my friends ask for a recommendation, he's the one we refer and we will use him again.

I work closely with Less, the owner and he is great! This is a great company! I have purchased and had them install a new swamp cooler and furnace. They are very customer service focused and very honest and they have very competitive prices.

It was good. I had them inspect a second furnace, so I paid $75 more. I thought they were thorough and fair.

Smooth, gave me an idea what he thought the problem was and an estimate. Said he needed a part in Denver and he would be back in an hour and he was. 16 minutes later the furnace was working.

Les met us at our rental house, he was on time, courteous and professional. He checked the furnace, cleaned it up and made sure that it was working.

I called the day before and scheduled it the next day at 8AM. At 8AM, he called and said he was stuck in a traffic jam on I 25 close to the exit he needed to get off on. He was only a few minutes late and I appreciated the call. Immediately, he noted the humidifier and asked if I wanted the filter changed. The last furnace guy from a big company did not discuss the humidifier at all and frankly, it had not occurred to me that there was a filter that needed changing. The filter was quite filthy and Les charged me $20 for the filter and $10 for installing it. He charged me $75 for the cleaning and inspection which he did fairly quickly. Even though our furnace is 16 years old, he said it was in good shape and would last for some time. He was professional.

This service is provided by a "one-man-show." The first time I called him, he cut short our conversation, and at first I didn't know why. Later I learned he was with another customer at the time. Odd start to a business relationship. Don't be put off by this behavior if it should happen to you. Once we finally connected, he was easy to work with and did a great job. I will use his services again and recommend him.

I realized my furnace was not functioning late morning and low temps and snow were expected in the evening. I called a few businesses, one business gave me a 12 hour window for service the next day. Another could put me on their schedule for the following week. Les was at my door less than an hour and a half after I called him. Luckily, the repair was minor and he was finished very quickly. He was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him and will call him in the future for repairs and replacement of our heating or air conditioning systems.

He came, He cleaned the furnace. He left.

DMC Services did a great job. This was a Great Deal. They called within 2 days. We made an appointment. They showed up on time, did the work and answered all my questions. I'm very satisfied and will call DMC Services for all my future heating and cooling problems. Thanks Les!
