Prior to moving in to my new place, I wanted to have the furnace and air conditioner checked out. It doesn’t look like either were maintained by the previous owners so it was well worth having a professional look at them. Chandler was professional, patient in educating me on the systems, and realistic with his advice and recommendations. Although nothing major had to be done, I feel confident calling Cooper Heating and Cooling in the future.

Furnace replacement went fairly smoothly. No real problems here. However, information given to me at time of sale was different than on installation day. Disappointed with the exhaust vent locations. Water heater is another matter. We were sold on a regular water heater as we were advised a thankless wouldn't meet our needs. We hate the new water heater as it is realy noisy. Wish we would have gone thankless. Additionally, it did not pass inspection. We had them come out to fix the issue, and requested they do something about the noise. Still waiting on second infection to see if it passes. They didn't fix the noise. Very disappointed with water heater size and noise. Functions fine. Company has delayed response time, but are cordial.

The entire process was great. The scheduler was very friendly and did not make any promises she could not keep. The Service Tech (Arnold) was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the parts and completed the install without a hitch! He clearly knows his trade and I really appreciate that. I know my system is old and I really can't afford to replace the entire thing at this point. I had zero pressure to do so. The repair was not cheap but it is much better than getting sold a $10,000 system when a $600 part can keep it going. Arnold was on time and let me know exactly when he would be at my home. I am no longer melting! Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend this company.

Furnace quit working on Sunday at midnight. Called the office at 7:00 a.m. for an appointment from a 50 degree house. Appointment scheduled for 8:00. Technician called me within 30 minutes and diagnosed the issue over the phone allowing for me to do the simple fix myself. Huge points for integrity! He could have easily arrived and billed me but actually seemed to care that I got the problem fixed ASAP. Not a great move for making money but a great move for ensuring that I will call Cooper Heating and AC without hesitation next time. They can also count on my referral. Thanks for the great service!

Very nice and professional. I sent them to my rental property on a holiday weekend and they were quick to get there and were able to keep my tenants warm until the part could get there.

I purchased this through Costco and got their best, Lennox and it came with a heat pump. They were really good. I'd give them an "A" for everything.

They are very personable. They explain everything very well. When I have any kind of issue they promptly send someone out. The maintenance guy goes out of his way to explain things that are helpful. A very professional service. One negative, when they took out my old thermostat they junked it instead of leaving it with me to give to someone else. They go above and beyond. They do excellent work. I really fell like I'm getting a good deal. They will come out if there are any problems and will come out to do a regular check.

Highly recommend, excellent, meet their commitments, professionally trained people and know what they are doing. They give a fair price for what you order. We could have gotten a lesser unit but since we live there. We own three rentals and have used them several times.

Excellent from the sales process through installation. Excellent discounts and cashback through Costco

We were dissatisfied with them. Their price was okay. We went through Costco, so Costco provided a rebate which helped their price. They could have actually installed what they sold me. So, they told me, I was interested in some extra ducts installed. And this was an ultra high efficiency unit. The original bid was that they were going to take the outside air for the combustion gas, which is the typical way of doing it for high efficiency, and they did not do that. They sucked the combustion air out of the basement, the furnace room, which means the cold outside air had to replace that, thus drastically reducing the overall efficiency of the system. I called them on that and they said, Well, I guess we can give you $150.00 off. That's not. I spent an extra $500.00 to get from 95% to 98% and then not to even give me all that back and they didn't install the duck work that they promised in the bid.

Great! We actually couldn't fix the outlet issue, due to a faux wall, but Dwayne and Samuel did everything they could to find the problem, which proved to be no easy feat! I plan on adding more lights in my kitchen and will gladly call them to provide the service.

Just one person came to do the work. He was professional.

For this yes, and I can't say for certainty can say that I can recommend them. Long story. Let them call me, I will call them anyway. The guy said our filtration system is not enough for our house. This is what we discussed, and he said he could fix it all for $1000 dollars. So, I am not real happy. He wasn't the one who sold it, and they have to research it. We got the energy efficient system to heat and cool evenly, as this was an issue. We have to take the issue up with them,and depends on what they say.
