Dave and his crew were polite, professional, and made a difficult job easy. They worked with my insurance company, mortgage company and rooftop solar provider to repair hail damage to my home. Their rates were very reasonable, communication was excellent, and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone seeking local home repair.

Dave knows how to run a business that respects its customers. I've called him to come inspect my rooftop after a hail storm and I was really satisfied with his service. He has done a thorough check of my roof which luckily turned out not to be damaged. To my surprise, he didn't charge me anything! In addition, he has answered all my questions and explained to me how things work, ex: when a full rooftop replacement is required vs. repair.

Work required both roof repair and inside repair using multiple crews. Weather and illness of the owner played a role in completing the work. Some miscommunication during the project but Jose (foreman) completed the project. Satisfied with the work. Rating is based on the miscommunication but Jose has advised that MorningStar has corrected process.

Excellent customer service. Dave always returned my calls. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. I'm a Realtor - it can often be tough finding a responsive and conscientious contractor. Dave understood the time constraints we were under and because he was so responsive, we did not have to extend any of our deadline dates. I will call on Morning Star again.

Contract was for sealing mobile home roof. I'm a 66 year old retired contractor, general contractor PHYSICALLY having done all phases of home construction and light commercial construction. MorningStar Construction Services, LLC (MSCS) used quality materials whIch I checked out. Work done within both ours schedules and according to contract. A worker made an error which was corrected at no cost. to myself. Cleanup at end of days work was good. All workers were very friendly and willing to please me the home owner. I recommend MSCS / Dave Watkins as a honest contractor at this time. Not easy to find these days. Receive bids from 2 other on Home Adviser. One was looking for commercial, big bucks. The other had a language / culture barrier, taking on more than had the knowledge for. That should tell a bit about Home Adviser.
