I needed a 5 year certification/inspection for my roof and Dave responded within an hour of my request. His price was the best out of 3 quotes and he did the inspection as soon as the snow melted. Very professional and easy to work with!

Dave Watkins is a wonderful caring person who really cares about your needs and is amazing miracle worker when it comes to Insurance companies who think they are sneaky and trying to take you for your money! I am very amazed how quickly the work in my home was performed. I went to work on a Monday morning and when I got home my roof was complete!! No mess what so ever wow! I was not inconvenienced in any way. I would recommend MorningStar Construction Services to anyone who wants to be well satisfied with wonderful people who really care about you and your needs not just about a check!

MorningStar provided one-stop service by first pulling down a chimney and fixing the roof along with related items. Roof repairs elsewhere were then made. Although it took several weeks, good quality, attention to detail and a reasonable bid made MorningStar the best choice.

Dave was very informative about the kind of roofing material I should buy. He evaluated the slop of my flat-ish roof and gave me good advice. Hi installed code up gardes and the work was done in a timely manner.

Quick response, excellent attention to detail and communication

Dave and his small crew (1 other guy!) replaced half of my roof and installed light tubes. MorningStar delivered high-quality service and offered a very fair rate that matched what was expected by my insurance company. I appreciated the little extras that Dave did at no charge like fixing a few things on the part of the roof that stayed. The only minor complaint I have was that email response time could have been faster. Otherwise, I highly recommend Dave and MorningStar Construction.

Dave was great to work with. He was the first one to respond to my request through Home Advisor. He went to the house that afternoon and I had a quote right away. I received other quotes, but chose Morning Star because I felt Dave was a fair and honest guy. The job was done quickly and right on target with the quote I was given. His communication with me throughout this job was great as well. I would definitely hire him again if the need arose.

He was a true example of a leader who knows how to deal with crisis situations, he understood the situation sight unseen and understood the urgency in my voice, he complemented me on my own attempt to solve the issue with my roof until his team could arrive, the roofer that showed was exceptional, he explained the damage to me and kept me involved every step of the way! I didn't request that he did so either! It was by his own choosing. A great communicator, I would absolutely recommend this team!

Dave was quick to respond to my request for assessment and bid. He was sensitive to the fact that we have tenants in the house that needed the repair and to our sense of urgency. Dave Watkins put a new terminator cap onto my large roof vent pipe. The same day that I placed my request through service magic he came out and fasten a new cap onto the vent. He came back the next day and applied matching paint to the new cap. The new cap has already experienced high winds and is still there. He was prompt and the quality of his work is top notch.

David is top of the line. He is a honest, good guy and I really like working with him. He has done several different fix up jobs for me on properties and I refer him often. He is not out to rip off the consumer, but service the customer. He has the customer's best interest in mind.
