Their workers smoked nonstop while doing the job, and then decided to just help themselves to the bathroom while taking a huge poop (that they didn’t clean up after themselves) Clearly not happy, I let them know about it. I have kids at home and their response was so “well we have 1 non smoker technician”. Anyways, they cancelled the job probably out of embarrassment. Brita needs to partner with another company! Mike and chip are a joke!

They did a good job. They finished the job in a day and it was working fine now.

Excellent in all respects. Over a 4 year period, they provided assistance with my softening unit -one that was not one of their products. Each time, they were prompt in service as well as fair in price. Then one day, I decided to go with their newest product, one that they had mentioned to me at our first meeting (Mine was now almost 20 years old). Their softener is quality, as one would hope for in a new unit. But more importantly, my salt useage per year has gone down so much that it might pay for most of it's cost after 15 years. This is all good, and it almost sounds like an ad- Sorry. But most important: my first water softener? I had them go through it totally and then had it installed in my girlfriends home. As sometimes happens, there was something that I thought was not right... something that I could not figure out with their service tech on the phone. They went to her home, determined there was a small leak in a line and repaired it. No charge, no complaint. Any business that covers warranty work to this level of service deserves repeat customers. Please consider them in your next query for quality water softening companies.
