+ -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR HELP. THEY WERE ABLE TO LOCATE MORE BOXES OF THE TILE I NEEDED WHEN I UNDERESTIMATED THE JOB. THEY ALSO HELPED ME TO RESOLVE SOME ISSUES WITH IRREGULAR WALLS.
Description of Work: THEY HELPED ME PICK OUT THE TILES FOR OUR KITCHEN. SHOWED ME HOW TO DO A CUSTOM PATTERN. AND SUGGESTED GROUTING.

+ -1 moreWE WENT TO THEIR SHOWROOM AND RECEIVED PROMPT SERVICE. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COLOR SELECTIONS BUT DID FINALLY DECIDE AND CHOSE SOME TILE. THE SALES REP DID NOT INFORM US THAT THE UNGLAZED TILE HAD TO BE TREATED DIFFERENTLY. AFTER THE TILE WAS INSTALLED WE HAD PROBLEMS GETTING THE EXCESS GROUT OFF THE TILE. A WORLD OF TILE SENT PERSONNEL TO OUR HOME TO ACID WASH THE TILE AND CLEAN THE EXCESS GROUT. THEN WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE GROUT LINES BECAUSE OF THE ACID WASH. OVERALL, I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT WE WERE NOT GIVEN ALL THE INFORMATION WE NEEDED TO HAVE THE WORK COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED TILE FROM A WORLD OF TILE FOR OUR BATHROOM. SOME OF THE TILE WAS GLAZED AND SOME WAS NOT.
