I have a very old garage door that has been giving problems for years. Often it would not open. A Better Garage Door quickly came out and repaired the door. It now functions better than when I moved into the house.

They couldn’t come out for me, but they were very professional and nice.

I bought an internet special from them. They were pretty flexible on scheduling, which I liked. The person that came out was here when he said he would be here; I wasn’t here when he came, but my wife was. He did a fine job, and everything is working fine. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

He was able to schedule the work fairly quickly, was professional, & got the job done. Not sure if this company is competitive because I didn't ask for other estimates. I do know that If you buy & install it yourself you'll save a chunk of money; I just didn't have the time.

Rapid and satisfactory on what was promised. However, tech failed to do a complete and proper inspection that would have revealed steel braces on door were loose and coming off. Immediately after, noise reduction revealed new noise- metal hitting metal that was discovered later to be brace coming off door at 2 bolt points. Repair was effected by myself and son. It requred new washers to close the brace points and hold them tightly to proper use.

Mike, was very friendly, prompt, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to anybody in the future.

They had a special through Angie's List. It was a very positive experience. They made an appointment and they came on time. It was one guy and he did a nice job on the garage door. I would use them again.

The service was excellent. He knew what he was doing. He worked quickly and efficiently. He didn’t make a mess. He was friendly when my son wanted to come out and watch him work. He did a great job.

I used them from Angie’s list as they had offer. I was very pleased with them. One day they were very timely. The gentleman that came was very friendly. He did not try to sell me anything else. He noticed that my garage door opener was 30 years old and he commented that it’s amazing that it is still working. He was very positive and friendly. He took care of the doors which were making horrible noises. He fixed the problem.

Mike Parks, the owner of the company, gave me a two hour window and arrived at the very beginning. He went right to work replacing the rollers with nylon coated ones and lubricating the system. I had replaced the door a few years ago, and he noticed that the door had been poorly aligned and was rubbing against the door frame. He remedied that at no additional charge. The door runs smoothly and quietly now. My system is somewhat antiquated, over 15 years old, and he suggested that I hold on to it as long as possible because "most companies don't make 'em that well anymore." In other words, I gave him the opportunity to sell me a new system, and he suggested I keep what I have. In my mind, this proves that Mike is an honest businessman, a man I can trust. I highly recommend A Better Garage Door, and I will certainly call on them again should the need arise.

This was one of the best and easiest service experiences I have had. I called on a Tuesday, Mike came over the next day and performed the work. He arrived right on time, explained what he found were the issues with the garage door and then performed the work very quickly. He was very punctual, professional and efficient.

Representative arrived when he said he would, got right to work. Was very efficient. Explained why our old sensors weren't working right, and showed us the deterioration of the parts. He didn't have the replacements with him, but immediately went to a hardware store and got them, and finished the job.

Mike called me back about 30 mins after I left a message and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. He showed up within the time quoted and fixed my entire garage for the exact cost quoted. I actually was expecting to pay more since I thought I had damages to my door that went beyond a mere tune-up, but Mike fixed it all without extra cost. My garage has not worked this well since I bought the house 5 years ago. I I highly recommend this company and will without a doubt use this their services again.

Called within an hour after purchasing the deal, set up appointment and Mike arrived on time ready to get to work. He was quick and the transformation was incredible! My husband still can't believe it's the same door! One of the reasons we were considering a new opener was that the keypad on the current one did not work. Mentioned that to Mike, who let me know that yes, it was not just us that had issues. He tried to reprogram, several times, and it would not work. However, instead of trying to sell us a new opener, he let us know there is a universal keypad that works with my garage door opener. Mike arrived on the date, at the appointed time and went to work immediately. He went about his business professionally, with a cheerful attitude and very pleasant demeanor. He completed the job, made all the necessary adjustments and even made a minor repair to my lower garage door panel and lubricated my single, seldom used garage door without additional charge.
