I called A Better Garage Door to take a look at and fix the garage door at my parents rental house. The man I worked with was very punctual and was very good at finding times that worked for the tenants and keeping me informed about what he was doing and when he would be there. Mike basically had to reinstall our door from scratch, as well as rebuild several parts that were installed by the builder incorrectly. Mike worked around my schedule and made an appt for the day I wanted. He showed up promptly when he said he would and completed the work in around 20 minutes. He was very professional. He tried to figure out why the door was making a loud noise in cold weather and seems to have tracked it down and hopefully fixed it (won't know for sure until continuous cold weather hits). The new rollers make the door open and close much quieter. I would definitely use A Better Garage Door again.
