A Better Garage Door

The entire project was completed in very reasonable time and to a quality standard. The door works perfect and is very quiet. The repair technician was friendly and professional. This is an A+ company and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Been using these guys for years for several of our homes, and they are ALWAYS fair on prices, reliable, knowledgable, and professional. On more than one occasion they have come out long after a job was done in response to a concern that wound up being ME and not them, and they did not charge the trip to come out and look. Now THAT is a loyal and lifelong company! This team is absolutely amazing in every regard!

The builder had recommended to us that we have a 2-year maintenance / inspection of our 'new' single bay garage door.... boy, we sure are glad we did (guess he knew our 'new' garage door was built sub-par and would not last without additional money / work!). Joe was punctual and efficient. He quickly found several issues with our garage door (no top strut for support, plastic wheels instead of nylon w/ ball bearings, undersized brackets, screws & bolts throughout, and a desperate need of an adjustment as it was making friction noises). It did cost a little more than expected, due to all the additional parts but we looked at it as an investment of time and money as a new door could have easily cost us over $1000. Thank you for helping us avoid a future crisis! No more worries as it is now running like a fine Swiss watch. I would definitely call on them again if needed and would highly recommend them.

Great! Got a discount for finding them on Angie's. Service guy was on time, polite, did good, fast work. He checked over the entire and tightened some screws and stuff like that at no extra charge. Very happy, would totally recommend.

After installer left, I noticed a problem with weather stripping. Within 2 hours, he returned and fixed the problem. Looks perfect!

Initial phone call was answered promptly and an appointment was scheduled for within 3 hrs of initial call. Tech arrived right in the middle of the appointment window and work was performed quickly and professionally. Also did a tune-up and check of other garage door (double) while here as part of service. Did not price other companies so don't know how price compared, but total price was about $130 over cost of just parts from hardware store.

The owner answered the phone when I called, set a firm time to come to the house, and showed up on the dot. Initial inspection was impartial, and recommendations made without hype or pressure. Work was done on the spot, and operation explained fully. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Amazing.

Timely, ahead of schedule, professional & neat. There's was a manufacturer's defect in the door which Mike quickly rectified and made 100% right. He was the only dealer that actually came to the house with large panel samples that made the decision much easier and regret free. I wish every buying experience went this smooth.

Great! The original service call was prompt, and they helped get the broken garage door secured. At time of replacement, they were fast and did a great job. Price was very reasonable.

They discovered that the safety signal at the bottom of the door had been knocked out of position so the door would not close. They repaired it quickly and efficiently. The repairman also looked at the other garage door, used some silicone spray on the tracks so that it worked much better, too. They explained what they were doing and why throughout the whole process. I felt like I would know what to watch for in the future and would certainly call them again.

Responded early Monday to a Sunday evening call for a replacement door & provided detailed information and cost estimate on the phone. Scheduled the replacement the next day but crew availability caused the job to slip one day. Joe kept me in the loop so there was never a question about when the work would be performed or their arrival time. The 2 man crew arrived right on time and 3 hours later I had a new door and opener and a cleaned up garage floor. Now all I have to do is paint the door. Very professional job.

Our spring broke so we called A Better Garage Door. Mike was very polite and informative. He arranged for service to be done the same day (only 3 hours after we called). He advised the technician would arrive between 11-1. Ryan arrived at 10:50am so we were very pleased not only was he early but he was very efficient and completed the job in about 1 hour. We would highly recommend this company. It is very hard to find exceptional service like this company provides. Thank you so much!

Not only did he fix the garage door, he programmed the garage door opener in our new car and fixed the remote opener on the outside of the house for nothing! He was awesome!
