The house was put on the market at the correct price and went under contract in 4 days. The house we sold and the new one we bought everything got done so both houses could close on the same day. Jeff understood what we were looking for and never pressured us. He wanted to be sure we were going to love our new house. Which we do and will use Jeff again with any real estate dealings.
