Incorrect rock delivered and in the backyard, they did not backfill any holes. Unable to contact manager Roberto, unable to leave a voicemail, left text messages with no response, and incorrect metal edging.

Overall I was very pleased with results. They didn't tell me how often to water etc, I'm sure because they couldn't speak English. Luckily I researched online and figured it out. Roberto was very cordial and timely. I would definitely recommend him.

I paid Roberto to install new sod and a new sprinkler system for my backyard. The sprinklers that were installed are not working, They barely dispense water and were poorly placed as large portions of the sod do not get any water. As soon as I noticed this, I called Roberto and I was told that he would come out to fix them. Roberto never came to fix the sprinklers and he's ignored all my subsequent calls and text messages. Because of the non-functioning sprinklers, various parts of the sod have completely burned. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with the service I received. Roberto was paid in full for sprinklers that are not working. I wish I had waited to pay him after the job was completed instead of before. Lesson learned. I feel cheated and I do not recommend Roberto.

The grass in the back did not survive even though we followed the watering instructions. We& are having a hard time getting in touch now that payment is complete.

Robertoâ s team did a great job! They installed sod and a sprinkler system in my large backyard in just a few days. They were very affordable and efficient. Every time I called with questions, he was there and ready to answer them. We are so happy with the results! Highly recommend and will use for future projects!

This review is hard to make because Roberto and his team were friendly, worked quickly and I believe had good intentions. However, there was a major flaw in their work. I hired them to remove existing sod and replace with new. They completed the job but they laid sod over an existing sprinkler system (after specifically telling them here and how many sprinkler heads were existing) and now one of the heads is buried under the new sod and is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to fix. I had them come back out to try and fix it but they could not locate the sprinkler. I tried getting in touch with Roberto team who were on-site and I did not get a response. Again, I believe that this is review is an anomaly but with how much money it is going to cost to fix this issue, I felt like I had to write an honest review.

Roberto's crew did a great job!

Roberto and his nephews did a great job of transforming our backyard. they removed old sod that was seriously infested with goat's head (those nasty pickers), installed new sod, trees, lilac bushes and spyreas, all in less than two days, for a reasonable price! He worked with us with some last-minute changes we thought up during the job. Very reasonable. Excellent work and the backyard is beautiful. I will update this review next year with the results in spring and summer.

Really happy with the lawn! They did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Roberto sent his crew and they were very respectful and got the job done in 2 1/2 days. very good at cleaning up their messes and was very prompt with their service. My grass looks absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend Roberto Diaz Service. To bad he was booked up because I wanted him to do several other projects but I'll wait until next spring to contact Roberto again!
