Darrell arrived to install ceiling fans as agreed. We discussed the need for brace kits and found these would indeed be necessary since most track homes don't have the heavy duty boxes installed to support a ceiling fan. He installed all three fans with no problems and did a great job. He was personable and professional. I have used Quynnlectric in the past as well and have had good experiences both times.

On the Deal, it says and quot;An additional fees will be charged for fans higher up than 12 ft.and quot; I called to ask about this: what would the additional fees be? My ceiling is 16 feet high; there are two fans to be installed in the same room, about 8' apart, where light fixtures are now. I was hoping to buy two Deals, and pay the extra charge.Instead of an additional charge, I was told that the Deal could not be used, and the cost would be the normal charges of $139 per hour (2 electricians) for about 2 hours plus $75 ladder fee: about $353. So just about double the deal cost for 2 fans. I was disappointed. The deal text should be changed, if it cannot be used for ceilings over 12 feet. I'm glad I called before buying the deal. I would have been really upset if I had bought it, and then been told that I could not use it. Not sure if I will use this company, there is no and quot;maybeand quot; option on and quot;Will you use this provider in the future?and quot;

I was extremely pleased with the work done by Darrell and his assistant, Cole. If it were possible to give them a rating higher than A, I would do so. They arrived promptly, performed the work professionally, and then cleaned/vacuumed the areas where they had worked.I was especially pleased by their attention to detail. For example, Darrell put an extra screw into the switch box he installed and quot;just to be sureand quot;. It is this type of work that really impresses me; they did an excellent job!

It was difficult to schedule a time that worked for me. I did schedule and then needed to re-schedule due to a sickness in the family. It took another 3 weeks to find a time that worked for me. I ended up cancelling and having another company come out since I needed a quicker solution to my electrical problem. Overall, I believe the company tried to do its best - they were just very busy and the timing didn't work for me. I'd still try them again in the future as long as my problem wasn't immediate.

I don't have anything but positive things to say about the company and the electrician. He (Daryl, I think) was very polite, personable and professional. Worked quickly and sought the easiest solutions for our requests to save on time. Initially we were going to have him do the work the same day to save on the trip charge, but the job was a little bigger than he was told, so he was not able to, but we were able to schedule for just later The company notified me that he was going to be a little later than expected, as there was a snowstorm the first day. Everything was taken care of in a very timely manner. We are planning on having him back to take care of a couple of additional things that we'd like done.

Daryl came out to Fort Collins, and was very efficient and diagnosed the problem quickly. I picked this electrical company because of the great reviews here, and it was a great choice. Turns out our breaker in our basement was broken, which Daryl said happens sometimes (even with a 2005 house). He searched his van for a breaker that would fit our basements, installed it, and then both the GFI in the bathroom, and the bathroom electricity worked. Very well done indeed. I really like this company, and when they have representatives like Daryl, you know that the management cares about who they hire to do electrical work. Knowledgable and efficient.

He did a great job, very helpful and professional. Would welcome him back when needed.

The inspector was great but he was 2 hours late!!!!!! We all sat in the home to be purchased and waited, waited and waited. You cannot put the seller through a lengthy wait. The seller is doing you a favor by allowing you to come and do an inspection and the. The guy is 2 hours late past the hours they said 2-4 and he came at 6. Can't have that happen no excuse for that. Punctuality is not great

It was very negative. The owners had to sit and wait and I waited. The guy said the scheduling was wrong and that he was stuck in Denver and he came 2 hours late. It was really inconvenient for the owner. They came out sometime last month. The guy apologized and said that his company gave him too many things to do. He was nice and he did a good job but the wait was unpleasant. I would not use them again.

He wasn't able to fix the fireplace switch, due to their being no electrical to the area- he did recommend that we call a fireplace specialist. He added the plug just where we needed it and it didn't take very long. Also, my husband was concerned with some wires in our garage- he was able to check them and let us know that they were good. Nice guy!!

Had a few issues getting in touch at first and with 3 appointments they've been at least an hour later than scheduled, but neither of these things are a major issue, the work's great and the staff friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again.

The electrician was prompt, intelligent, articulate, well versed in the NEC and local codes. He provided a write up for the seller and made a few recommendations that I should take care of after purchasing the home including a mainline surge protector.

They were on time, very efficient and friendly. I would definitely call them back for any future electrical needs.

The electrician, Daryl, was knowledgeable and professional and did a through inspection.

I have used Quynnlectric once before to install a chandelier in my 2 story foyer and they did a wonderful job so I knew they were the electricians to call when I needed a ceiling fan installed in a bedroom that did not have a light fixture. Darrell did a fabulous installing my ceiling fan. He was on time, courteous, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely be calling these guys again for any future electrical work. Job well done!

That was really good. Our house had a near miss with lightning, so we had a lot of things that went out and so he checked everything, made sure they were still functioning and that there were no fire concerns or anything like that. They did everything for the price and when there were repairs, they wanted us to put in new GFI's everywhere because of the lightning strike, they suggested it would be cheaper if we did it ourselves, and it was easy to do. They were very knowledgeable, they spent a good amount of time making sure every circuit was in a good, functioning manner, so I thought they were very thorough.

Darrell inspected every wire and outlet requested after our house was hit by lightning. He was polite, helpful and patient. Darrell went above and beyond. If the need arises we will definitely use them again and we highly recommend their services.

On 7-2-13 I purchased from Quynnlectric (1) "Whole House inspection" and (2) "$70 for 1 Hour." The Whole House Inspection went fine. As I am remodeling, I had several needs which I was supposed to receive bids on. But Quynnlectric never got back to me. My two phone messages were unanswered. Finally, the office manager called to apologize as she was on vacation. The office phone calls were apparently being forwarded to her personal cell phone. She suggested I leave another message at the office after she cancelled the forwarding of the calls, which I did. Again, no reply. She called after returning from vacation and apologized again. There had been a death in the owners family. She promised me he would get back with me when he returned to town in a few days. I have never heard from him. I have contracted with another electrician and would like a refund for the "$70 for 1Hour" which I will never use. Thanks!

They gave me a proposal , I called 5 x's after that and no one called me back. No operator/only voice mail. Please refund me .

It went perfectly. He did a good job of installing the fan in a timely manner, cleaned up the mess afterwards, and went through the instructions on how to fun the fan. I would definitely ask provider to come back for another job.

The sender unit on the new fan was defective. He tried everything he could including calling the technical support group of the manufacturer. After I exchanged it the installer came back the next day and finished the job. Great job!

He did a great job for a very reasonable price.

Darrell was professional, humorous (I always appreciate that quality in folks) and I couldn't be more pleased. Definitely recommend Quinn Electric and will use them for all electrical needs from now on!
