Easy to schedule an appointment with the office. Installation was great--I received a courtesy call letting me know they were on their way. Services were performed swiftly and well done. They saved me money by avoiding an unnecessary service that I thought I would need, which is always great. They are not the cheapest, but certainly not expensive. In any case, I find you usually get what you pay for. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I liked that they sent an email confirmation of the appointment with a picture and the name of the electrician, and then called when he was on his way. Art was knowledgeable and professional. He explained why the box burnt out and why, with his fix, it will never happen again.

Wonderful. He did the inspection and then changed an outside light bulb that was out! We have used them once in the past and will continue to use them

Art did a great job of listening to my concerns, addressing them and explaining them so I understood, and then offer suggestions to repair any electrical issues. He was friendly and professional, and he found time for me in his day to do some safety repairs on my smoke and CO detectors so I would not worry about my young daughter and I sleeping at night. I have every intention of following up with Art in the future when I go to make some of the electrical repairs and renovations we discussed.

Great responsiveness from Kathy on the phone. She is very easy to talk with and very helpful in scheduling and arranging payment. Service electrician was timely, efficient, and professional. Found the problem quickly and promptly corrected the wiring problem. I will definitely be using Quynnlectric, Inc. again if needed.

Home inspection was very helpful in planning some changes in the electrical set up. Received and discussed a written electrical inspection report before the service provider left the home. Received a free professional estimate of work to be done in the future within fives days of the inspection.

You'll be happy with this company. I give them a great review. I had them scheduled from 10-12 but they called to see if they could come earlier. Yeah! They were very quick and they got the work done fast. They fixed the electric work I had completed by two electricians. Very Polite and It only cost $164. I recommend them HIGHLY.

We were told that this would be a 3 day job. It started on June 9th and and the work was not completed until June 23, the final inspection was not passed until July 6th. So in total, a 3 day job turned into a 3 and a half week job. I was told on Thursday July 2 that a re-inspection was done (they had corrections after the first inspection) and that everything passed and we were done. Monday I received an inspection report on my door stating the inspector had shown up for a 3rd inspection and no one was home and the inspection needed to be rescheduled. It is frustrating to know we were told the inspection passed when it actually did not. The work performed by this company was fine, the electricians that came out were professional and courteous, and the job did get done. The day before they were to start we noticed that no locates had been done. I called the office and the person that answers the phone did not know anything about any locates. The day they were supposed to trench for the new lines they couldn't do the work because they told us they tried to rent the trencher and there was none left for that day. The locates were still not done so they would not have been able to trench even if the equipment had been available. The locates were done incorrectly several times by the utility company and I understand that is not the electricians fault but had the locates been done before the job started they would have had a heads up that they needed to be re-done and that could have been taken care of before it delayed the job. I will not be doing any more work with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

With fairly late notice, the contractor had to change the original appointment to visit the premises, creating a delay of 1 week. After the initial visit I called the contractor 2 times to get the estimate and was promised both times that the proposal would be in email the following day. Nothing arrived both days. It was a waste of my time and the contractor to even visit the job site.

Went fairly well. Installer was very nice and curteous. There was a big mix up on the Angie's list deal. They seemed to think that the coupon wasn't a coupon but rather a downpayment for a service. I had to go back and forth with their main office before they even understood their own Angie's List Deal. I still didn't get the full value of the coupon, but did receive partial. It was a small job and I feel like I got what I paid for so I didn't want to fight about it any more. Bottom line is it cost me a couple hundred buck for a floor outlet installation. Wasn't a great deal but whatev. Because of the office and coupon confusion I probably wouldn't use them again for any sort of significant amount of work. The work the installer performed was fine. Just that the office/business side was a mess. I'll find someone else next time to avoid the headache.

The tech showed up on time, worked efficiently and let me add a few things to the list as he went through. We used a yelp coupon to save a bit of money, but all in all, a good experience.

I had some miss wired electrical outlets in my kitchen so I called Quynnlectric. I have used them 3 times in the past. Jason came out and fixed the wiring problems in no time flat. He was extremely nice and did a great job. Quynnlectric is the only electricians I will use. They are fair and honest and always great guys. You can tell customer service is their top priority. I recommend them to everyone and will continue to do so!

Darrell was great: professional, considerate, punctual, and friendly. He did the work in a timely and diligent manner. Not sure what else you can ask for.

Things went even better than expected. On time, professional and reasonably priced. Very willing to creatively think when it came to the wiring for built in.

Jason was great. Very polite and professional. He diagnosed and replaced a faulty AFCI circuit breaker that wouldn't reset. I would use this company in the future without hesitation.
