My original purchase & installation of furnace, A/C & air purifier was done by them. Saturday night 11/16/19 my thermostat stopped working & I had no heat. I called Lee on Sunday morning & he answered & took the time to help troubleshoot over phone. He then sent his tech 1st thing in the morning Monday & my thermostat was replaced the same day. They also did a great job of original install, came up with great suggestions & reasonably priced. Great service!

Lee and his team are amazing! They were prompt in returning my call and were able to be at my house for the repair quickly! Their pricing was fair and they made an excellent repair to our zoning system issue. I would highly recommend them.

We have been in need of a new A/C system for quite a while. We contacted One Guy Heating and Cooling last year and was impressed with his "no nonsense" quote. We ended up not buying anything then. So comes this year and our A/C unit went down. I had kept the quote and contacted Lee at One Guy. He came out again and checked everything and gave us a new quote very similar to the one last year. Lee gave us a date of the following week and showed up when expected. He estimated it to be a day and a half work and that is what it was. Very professional work and timely. Lee also handed us down some discounts he received on the equipment. That was very much appreciated! We are very happy with our American Standard A/C and furnace. I highly recommend One Guy Heating & Cooling to anyone. His price is very fair, and he does excellent work. I will certainly use him again if I need an upgrade or work done.

We are new to CO and had no connections or experiences with HVAC repair shops. Everyone we called was booked out at least a week. When I explained to Lee, the owner, what was happening at our home (water had begun seeping through the ceiling as a result of the AC freezing up), he offered to come to our home early the next morning. Lee didn't know us. He wasn't referred by an existing or former customer. He simply felt bad for us and squeezed us into his already full schedule. He even followed up a few times to see how things were going. The communication was excellent. That's service, and we wold hire them again in a heartbeat.

Lee called back immediately, found time in his busy schedule to diagnose the problem, made himself available within a couple of days to do the install, and gave us a great price for the unit. Overall, he did a fantastic job!

Work went very well. Work was done on time with competitive pricing. They took care of permits. The inspectors on both cases found no issues.

They didn't charge a fee for the estimate. I think they've done a good job. No problems. I'm very well pleased with them at this point.

We were looking to increase from a 80% efficient to 93+% efficient furnace with a SEER 16 A/C. Lee came out and provided options and a cost for each level of efficiency on the furnace side married to the 16 SEER A/C. Lee's numbers were great at all levels and we discussed benefits and problems associated with the upgrade to the more efficient furnace. In the long run, given all of the changes needed to upgrade we selected a less efficient furnace, but improved the functionality and efficiency through adding a two stage gas valve and a EC motor. We also oversized the A/C coil slightly which allows a greater cooling capacity from the efficient condensing unit. The operational cost savings are less than the high efficiency system which costs far more to maintain and has a shorter life. We have really only run the furnace and it is quiet and works great. I am sure the A/C will be the same - If not Lee will come out and stand behind both his work and his system. We are very happy with the new system,

The installation went fine. It works, but it struggles to get humidity up to 25% and I only have a 2700 square foot house! The humidifier is a "drip across a grid" system, not a decent system like AprilAire. I paid good money to get poor performance. I would never buy from Angie's list nor "One Guy Heating, Cooling & Sheetmetal Inc." again

I was contacted right after I purchased a "deal". The work was scheduled for the next day. Contractor was friendly and performed the work as discussed.

My house was more cool than usual today (12/14) and I found that my furnace was not operating correctly. Since this has happened previously, I figured today I would be buying a new furnace. Thankfully, I was dealing with professionals who were able to diagnose the problem and replace a faulty part rather than suggesting a replacement furnace.

He called me the next day after i purchased the deal and set up the time and date, which was supposed to be on 10/19/16 at 8:30am. I called him at 9:00am and he said he didn't remember me and did not have an appointment set for 8:30am. He did apologize but at this point I have no trust in what he is doing.

Right away, Lee impressed me when he arrived. I had done a TON of research on different units including talking to an out of state friend that owns his own HVAC company. In the end, I determined there are several great furnaces to choose from, but if the installation was done poorly, it wouldn't matter how great the furnace was. Lee came in, looked at our equipment, took some measurements, and had a quote for us with an hour after he left. His quote was cheaper than the one we received from the company that our Home Warranty company sent. By $2,000! He provided the same efficiency level furnace, a different brand, but both were rated quite well. He was able to meet our timing requirements, and installation went very smoothly. We could not be happier. We've had the furnace now for two months and haven't had a single issue. The weather has been pretty mild so it is hard to tell if the furnace is saving us on our bill yet, but we are quite pleased all around. I would HIGHLY recommend Lee and his crew. The service and attention were amazing and I would much rather work with a local business than some huge conglomerate that has to add all these fees and charges. Hire Lee and you will NOT be disappointed!

I had purchased a coupon from another company and needed to service done ASAP. That company emailed me back and said it would be 5-6 weeks. So I got back on Angie's List and found this company. They did an AWESOME JOB ! I explain what I needed done and they were there the next day. The service tech was prompt and knew exactly what the issue was. Using the coupons is not always the best. One Guy Heating was less expensive than the other company who I purchased a coupon from. I will use them now each year to get the AC unit up and running !!!

lucky for us that the technician was close to our house as our furnace was out and we have a baby. he came right after his other job, diagnosed the problem, went out for the right part, and fixed the problem. The problem was what I had researched based on the trouble code, and it's good that that's what he found as well. Not sure about price - charging the $69 trip charge in addition to the hourly rate seemed odd to me as he was 10 minutes away, but overall very happy with their availability. Quality-wise I'm sure it was a fine job
