New Windows installed windows and a patio door for us about 10 yrs. ago and we have been very pleased with their quality. We have never had to call them for any repair work until a few days ago when something got stuck under the patio door that made a rather annoying crunching sound whenever it was opened. Garrett came out today and spent well over an hour cleaning the track and under the door and didn't leave until the entire unit was in perfect condition. He was very personable and highly professional. Needless to say, my wife and I are extremely pleased both with him and the company he works for, so much so that we have recommended New Windows to a local friend and our daughter in Cincinnati, both of whom are looking to install new windows in their homes. It's nice to know that New Windows stands by their product/warranty even 10 yrs. after installation!

Great. Incredibly solid smooth airtight door

Every part of dealing with this company went smoothly, from the initial call to installation. They fully described the process, price, and timeline. The repair technicians were always early and were friendly. It tooks a week or two for them to order the window, and it only took about 10 minutes to replace since it was relatively small.

Russ and his assistant were very professional. The work was done quickly and everything was explained and any mess was completley cleaned up.

We had two small windows replaced. Most window companies would not give us a quote as the project was to small for them. New Windows for America stepped in and gave us a very good quote. Timing was great. The installers did a great job taking out the old windows and putting in the new windows. We are extremely happy with the results.

They did a great job installing three windows in my apartment and were great about working with the HOA to ensure the framing matched the rest of the building. Everyone was very professional, showed up on time, answered all calls and questions. I'd definitely reach out to New Windows for America again when I redo the sunroom.

The appointment started off poorly . The installers were a half-hour late; however, they apologized and explained that the office was being opened in a new location that day and they had no phone or internet service. The installers immediately started work and worked diligently until they were done. The door looks very nice and they cleaned up after themselves. As far as we can tell, the door was installed properly. They explained the locking features of the door and also reviewed the installed door with us.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service from New Windows for America. The team that came to do the final windows measurements were on time and very knowledgeable. They corrected an error made by the salesman and got accurate measurements. The scheduling person was courteous and helpful. The installation team (two teams actually, led by Jeff and Aaron) showed up on time and worked efficiently. I was impressed with the care they showed in my house. They put down protective coverings over both hardwood floors and carpet. They cleaned up the work area after they were done and it was cleaner than when they arrived! They also took the time to thoroughly explain window operation before leaving. While all that is nice, the windows are the star of the show. I had ordered triple-pain Edison-series windows from VinylMax. These windows are great. I could immediately feel the difference from my old Anderson windows. My downstairs is now much cooler than it was before (I'm writing this in August, so that's a good thing). We back on to a fairly busy street and our rooms facing that way are now totally silent. Bottom line -- I recommend New Windows for America without reservation. I had new windows installed in all upstairs bedrooms last year and New Windows for America's installation and products are far superior. Their price was superior also.

They are horrible to work with! They get water all over your basement, dig the wrong holes, use your one waste management trash can to fill with trash, never show up when they are supposed to, and demand money when they haven't even finished the job! I would never suggest them to anyone.

It was fabulous. They were professional, came on time and followed thru what they said they are going to do.

It took a little time, but once the windows were finished with trim - they turned out looking GREAT. I purchased 6 Vinylmax windows for my townhouse to replace 20 year old rickety windows that needed replacement BAD. These vinyl windows are white and they did a really nice white trim that looks very clean and bright on the inside. Windows work as expected and they gave me a quick reminder of how they come out for cleaning. Noticeable difference in temperature in the house. They were a nice group of guys, worked hard and communicated potential issues with how my wood blinds would fit once they added the interior trim, which I appreciated because it was something I hadn't thought of. The downside of the installation was the amount of time it took. Sales person said they could get it all done in one day, but it did end up being 2 (separate) days to get it all done. For reference, it took 10 hours for a 3 man crew to take out and install 6 new windows. They were here until 8p and then realized that they were sent with the wrong size trim, so would have to come back to finish that (which was fine by me because by 8p, I'd like to wind down without anymore banging/people in the house). Also, one of the windows were opposite of what I requested (needed window to slide left to right, they installed right to left but recognized the error and would fix with the 2nd visit). The 2nd visit was a 2 man crew and took about 9 hours to replace the one window and do the trim for all 6 windows. For some reason it felt like they were here forever, but maybe that's just how it is. My only advice to future customers is to consider that the project might take more time than originally quoted. Also, if you have hanging wood blinds MAKE SURE you discuss proper measurements for the trim because for a minute there, they were suggesting that I consider foregoing the blinds or moving the brackets forward to account for the trim, which would have made the positioning of the blinds kinda weird. Also...take measures into your own hands with protecting wood floors. They laid some covering down but there were a handful of scratches when they were done. Also some wall scuffs (to be expected) and some dry wall patches that they did are not the best patching jobs so expect to touch those up.

I have used them for over fifteen years. Great finished product saving tons on electric and gas. Clyde was very helpful in assisting us with the process. Absolutely no problems. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

Great!! This is the third time we have had Windows of America replace our windows. The windows are of high quality and you pay less because they don't use high priced advertising. (This is what the representative told me) Word of mouth is what they rely on. Twice we had (Russ) who has been with the company a long time and is an expert in the field. One install included a very difficult interior basement window against cement. I was worried about that one, but everything turned out good. Prompt courteous service. Never had a problem with which we had to follow up.

Windows for America did a quality job and I was happy with the price. Would definitely recommend.

I live in an old high-rise condo building and our walls are not standard drywall and siding. They are mostly a thick plaster and in order to get the new door and windows in there had to be a lot of adjusting and tearing out and re-plastering. They did a beautiful job. I definitely would use them again!

Things went right on time from the get go. Customer service connected me with the on site sales person, Kevin (who was so professional). He assessed things quickly and got me a bid on-site. We ordered the new door, and it came in on time. Scheduling was handled smoothly by the office staff. The installers called when they were on their way, and Dennis and Aaron were the dream team. I had a super difficult situation in that the corner of the building had settled away from the door frame. They demoed all the rotted wood, and rebuilt the frame completely. Their expertise and skill made me feel so comfortable, and they and their in-office manager, were unbelievable with great communication throughout the process. I've used Windows America many times before, and I refer all my clients to them. They're the BEST!

These things always take longer than you think they will: matching the stain took a few months, installation was three rather than two days, getting the stain guy out took a couple of days. The crews were always on time and professional. In the old window removal process, some of the original trim work was dinged up in a few places, but the finish guy repaired the dings.

This is the third window I have had New Windows for America put in. From ordering these, to office staff to all three installations have gone so smoothly. Their windows are built to last.

The customer service was great. Keith was our sales representative. He explained everything in great detail. The workers arrived on time and completed the job with spotless cleanup. The windows are very good looking and make a big difference in energy efficiency. This is the third time we have used Windows of America. We will call them again for the next set of windows to be replaced.
