My husband and I bought our home in a new development last year, right around the time we first met William. From our very first conversation, William was genuine, friendly, and full of incredible ideas for transforming our yard, which was initially just dirt. Fast forward to this spring when we were finally ready to landscape our entire backyard?William and his team truly exceeded all our expectations! They brought our vision beautifully to life and have continued to be incredibly helpful and responsive, even after completing the project. They even stayed late to help us set up our sprinkler system, which was above and beyond amazing. We cannot recommend William and his team highly enough?they're outstanding!

I?ve worked with a lot of landscaping companies, but Mendoza?s Landscaping really stands out. From the first consultation, they brought great ideas to the table that I hadn?t even considered. The team was professional, and they truly transformed my yard into a space I?m proud to show off. They paid attention to every detail and worked within my budget, which is something I really appreciated. I?ll definitely be using them again for future projects!

Mendoza’s Landscaping did an excellent job. They covered a few spots that weren’t in the original estimate at no extra cost. They cleaned up everything, could hardly tell they had been here Liked their work and the fact that the owner was on site.

Initially, like everyone else, the project started out great. William, and his team, showed up and did a pretty good job completing about 90% of the job. However, to finish the remaining 10% was extremely frustrating, as William would make countless promises that he always broke and then would have countless excuses justifying his behavior. Not to mention William?s team never cemented the retaining wall toppers so they were wobbly for an entire year as we repeatedly called William to get this fixed, only to be ignored and then told they are not in season and will get to this after the winter. When they finally came back to finish the job I vowed to never use them again. In fact, I would pay a premium to whomever, if it meant that I did not have to use William and his crew. To be honest, I think the problem is with the owner, William. This is a bad/inconsistent business owner. Funnily enough, they still have a photo of my backyard on their website. You?re welcome. You have been warned.

Mendoza did landscaping and pavers on our patio. Employees were great. They had to return on day 2 to finish. William the owner said he would b out to spray pavers. He never showed to do that and don't think his workers did, because now we have mold growing. Spoken to William several times over last month. He kept promising to come and never has

Things started off great but once the project started taking longer than they expected the work quality dropped immediately and they cut corners to get it ?finished?. I would not use Mendozas again.

Good work was done in a timely manner but now I have been totally ignored. I call and text William and his office daily to get anyone on the line. I have not heard from anyone for a month. I wanted to hire them to do my backyard but now I will be looking elsewhere. Please think twice before hiring them.

The landscaping and cement look great. They did amazing work in a short amount of time!

The backyard looks amazing. The cement looks amazing. The fence and gate were not finished: gate structure questionable, unsure how long will last and the fence posts were not cut to size. Regardless, backyard looks great!

They redid our front & backyard post a house fire. Finished working within a few days, it looks infinitely better.

William and his team did an incredible job we would highly recommend them. We are already having them do additional work at our home. Two thumbs up!

The Mendoza's company was excellent to work with throughout the project. William Mendoza helped us to plan a major landscaping project for the entire property, including new cement curbing, significant new plantings and enhanced sprinkler system. His team of employees work very very efficiently and productively (very hard workers). I can't recommend them enough!

Mendoza’s Landscaping was an absolute Top Shelf contractor. William, the owner; recommended a layout/design for my front porch and sidewalk replacement that far exceeded any expectations that my wife and I had! William and his crew were unbelievably pleasant, professional, meticulous and efficient during the entire process. Our project turned out so, so much better than what we could ever have imagined. William and Mendoza’s landscaping is in the business of making their customers happy! My neighbors were also so impressed with the efficiency of Mendoza’s work; several of them want to use Mendoza’s for their future projects! Great attitude when coming to give me a quote. Honest and fair on the price. Came in and finished my entire sprinkler job in 2 days and left my property better than when they arrived. Can’t say enough about the 3 man crew they had at our place they rocked it out!!!!!! I will refer all my friends, family and neighbors to Mendozas Landscaping.

During the initial landscaping project, William and his crew performed good work, were professional, and extremely responsive. There was a short delay in finishing off some of the smaller pieces of the project, but no big deal they were eventually handled. We left things off on good terms. 6 months later and I'm looking to turn off my not-so-accessible sprinkler system, which they had dug out and turned on as part of the project. At first, they called back and said someone would come out in the next day or so. These appointments were missed. No call, no show. After calling back, they apologized, and again said someone would be out. These appointments were also missed. No call, no show. I called multiple times a week, for ~2 months. Eventually, they stopped answering the phone and did not respond to voicemail. Tried sending emails, which were also ignored. Not sure what I did to deserve the cold shoulder, but after this experience I would have a difficult time trusting William and his crew with future projects.

DO NOT USE! We used this company for $22k worth of concrete work. 3 months later concrete is sinking and cracking. William came out and said they had used fiberglass rebar instead of iron. Stated work would have to redone and gave us a new work order as concrete was under warranty. Said he would call back to arrange repairs. Now cannot contact, office voicemail is full and William will not return any messages left on his cell. Contacted BBB and filed complaint, they contacted the business but still not returned contact received. Very disappointing and frustrating that we cannot get repairs done. Neighbor also had work done and is having the same issue in regards to getting warranty work repaired.

They did a great job from start to finish we will be using them again

William was great at 1st. He got the job started and the concrete poured quickly. The day the concrete was poured he gave me a heart felt story about how he needed the remainder of the money, I gave in and paid him the rest. Since then, I have not heard from him. I cannot get anyone to respond to calls, emails or texts. When cleaning the concrete splatter off my house they ruined my paint also. I just want the job finished.

I have used this company multiple times for different projects and I will definitely call them again when I am ready to do something more.

Really good work and experience. William was a pleasure to deal with and his crew was amazing. Maybe not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. They will be my go-to for landscape work in the future.

This company made sure we were satisfied with their work through each step. They even came out several times to repair the base they were installing due to flooding.

Mendozas Landscaping did phenomenal work on our backyard project that included: tilling, grading, installing sod, and curbing. I highly recommend Mendozas!
