William showed up and started the job and has not finished it. We wanted him to redo or putting green. We put 4,200.00 down and our putting green looks and putts worse then when he started! We have not heard back from him to fix the problems! Not sure how he is still in business? We would NOT recommend him for any job!

They were responsive to our concerns and made adjustments based on our input. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves and were careful not to do damage to our plantings. We are very happy with the finished product.

Put in a new sidewalk did excellent job

From the moment we contacted Mendoza Landscaping, I knew we were going to be dealing with a professional business. I got an email from the Office Manager to set up an appointment almost immediately. We met with William a few days later and our great project began. We had ideas on what the concrete patio we wanted done should look like, William listened to our ideas and ran with them. He made suggestions that we never even thought of, that made our patio, in the end, look awesome. From the get go, nothing was done until we agreed to each step of the process. We made two changes during the project and William and his professional crew were able to adjust/modify the plan. At the end we ended up with a 40x15 concrete patio with a well-sized landing out our sliding doors. We ended up needing some steps after seeing how the height of the patio laid out and they looked amazing. We were so happy with William and his crew, that we worked out a great deal to have our three-car wide driveway redone as well due to 20yrs worth of wear-and-tear. The professionalism and careful attention to details made Mendoza Landscaping the perfect company to work with.

Mendoza's estimate was competitive, scheduling was easy, and the work quality was top notch.

Willam and his crew did an amazing work. I appreciated William's suggestions and ideas. The whole team was very polite. If I can say what they can do differently is they're clean up after each day.

After contacting this company, William promptly came to my home and gave me an estimate to build two very long retaining walls in my back yard. His crew was fabulous! Ruben was extremely conscientious and is a perfectionist when it comes to constructing retaining walls. Both he and Luis did an outstanding job, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. These folks went above and beyond to insure that I was highly satisfied with the job. They are very kind and trustworthy, and I would hire them again without any hesitation. The price was reasonable, and the outcome was superb.

William and his team were excellent. They moved quickly through our concrete patio project. They were also very respectful of the turf we had laid prior and they cleaned up after the concrete extensively. They even filled some holes animals had made under our front porch while they were only hired to work in the back yard. We're extremely happy with Mendozas and we would recommend them to anyone anytime..

The job wasnt completed. The sprinkling system was installed, but no adjustments were made. The coverage was poor, so we had to hire someone to install two more sprinkler heads, adjust the ones we had, and put a turn off valve inside our house. We wrote many emails to Mr. Mendoza with no results. Finally, the owner promised to come to our house to see what we were talking about; he didnt show up as scheduled. We waited 5 hours for him.

It has been over three weeks since they left the worksite and I am still waiting for a copy of the contract I had signed. I realize I should have gotten a signed copy before I gave him the final check. I will stop short of calling the cement work shoddy, but the final result is not up to the level of previous work by others. That company was not available and I regret not waiting for them to be available. I feel like I was deceived from the beginning and that I was played for a fool. The physical relationship between the stairs, the parking area, and the house (I suppose you could call it design) is good, but overall not worth it. I have learned not to trip over some of the stairs, but I warn visitors. One neighbor who has been in the construction business for decades said he could tell there was trouble coming when he looked at the cement forms before the cement was poured. Live and learn.

Had a little problem with them comlng on time?

I was a pleasure to work with them ,they were honest business.

All staff very personable...Finished work sub-par. I pointed out several times that they were not following instructions on the product. Result: pavers were lower or in some cases higher than the flagstone. They did not move some items in the yard Result: crease across some of the flagstone. Did not move furniture back. Left a pile of broken cement, wood and discarded tools in my yard. Stopped returning calls as soon as the check cleared. Their price was lower than others...I received a lower quality of work. But they are very polite...as they do not do what the job calls for. I would upload pic if I could.

Excellent job on landscaping my backyard! My yard looks very beautiful now, my favorite is the new cement patio. Any concerns were addressed and fixed. Thank you William and crew!

The crew was inexperienced and was left unsupervised. My fence was not installed properly. Communication was not good. Should stick to landscaping only. Will not recommend as a fence installer.

Excellent customer service. Anytime I had a question or wanted something changed they were accommodating. They also provided great ideas. Workers were respectful and hard working. I would highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Mendozas Landscaping to anyone who is looking for a professionally run company, that shows up on time and executes what they commit to doing. Final payment was not collected until we did a full walk through with them and were 100% happy with the work they did. During the demo of the old landscaping, one sprinkler head was damaged. The team quickly repaired the head as good as new. William and the crew worked extremely hard to deliver exactly what was promised. Highly suggest to anyone looking for an honest and high quality work.
